Today I ate a low carb chicken/blue cheese wrap, bockwurst, knockwurst, german hot dogs, and sourkraut. The german in me is Smiling but I was a bit sad I couldnt have potato salad.... Oh well.
I felt like the hulk at the gym today, but was a bit rushed I got there an hour before it closed.
It went as such
Wide grip chins 12,10,8,6 Which were supersetted with seated rows to save time not going to bore you with the number because they are almost meaningless but it was slightly heavier then normal by about 10lbs but on average 2 reps less per set.
Close grip pulldowns, same as seated rows, these were supersetted with inverted rows 3 sets of 20 with a 45lb plate on my stomach.
Standing dumbbell rows, 45x10, 65x10, 90x7
Croc rows: 90x20, 110x20, 115x20.
Felt really good today, felt like my muscles popped a bit more in the mirror. I really hope by buddy howwedo, does better.
