Thank you for following and what we do is carb cycling...there is plenty of literature on it I'm just very tired and don't want to look it up at the moment but the idea is heavy workout days (legs,chest or back) you get a higher amount of carbs and lighter workout days (abs,arms or shoulders) you eat a medium amount of carbs and cardio or off days you eat low to no carbs...plenty of people will chime in to add more of sure...also for protein i just always get at least .9-1.3g per body weight and Fat will change as carbs change...if its higher carbs then it's lower fat and vice versa
