Day 4: Low carb day
Fat 102, carbs 30, protein 205 around 1850 cals (same as yesterday)
Tuna salad, Flaxseed ground and mixed into meatballs (fibertastic), brocolli, small amount of frozen pineapple for the ocassional sweet treat.
Supplements: 2 motivate in the morning 2 at 2pm
Workout: Chest day:
Bench 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 205x10, 225x8
Incline Flyes, 30sx10, 35x10, 40x10, 50x8
Dips, Unweightedx10, bw+45x10, bw+90x6 bwx10
Cable crossovers: 6x10, 7x10, 8x8 (numbers on cable machine 1-5 is 7.5lbs and 6-15 is 12-15lbs so not positive on weight)
Strength still at par with usual but not increasing.
4 mile jog went well a bit gased at on the last mile but finished strong.
I am feeling pretty good so far tomorrows higher carb day will be nice for a back workout. I am feeling lively throughout the day and right before bed, I start to feel pretty tired so the motivate is cutting off at the perfect time. Spent the day doing drywall in my basement which is a great way to not notice if you are hungry or not I got done at around 3 and was like crap I should probably eat about now. Trying to keep my water intake at around a gallon a day. I am excited for my jog and workout should be a good time.
Apparently my workout partner doesnt like jogging with me because I job too fast and too far...... Coward. So this time I will be jogging Han style..... Solo.
