Cool bro will do. Today hit up biceps. I was feeling rough still just lil sluggish latley. I got to the gym and to my suprise my lil brother was there to sign up!!! That pretty much put me in go mode. I was glad bc well if any one knows me I love my family man and to have him there was wicked cool. Although I think I may have hurt him lol.

Biceps:

standing db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8,8

ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 10,10,10,10

hammer curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,8

concentration curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,8
 
Wasme nice smooth controlled. I want to feel the connection of every rep. Today I hit up cardio 2 miles treadmill with my brother then sauna.
 
Very long week so grateful the weekends here. Had to be in at 6 am and be in gas mask n suit. I made it to gym later tonight with my lil brother to hit up chest and cardio with sauna.

Cardio 20 minutes treadmill lil over 1 mile with 15 minutes sauna

Chest:

flat db bench presses: 75 lbs x 8,8,8

cable flyes: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

incline barbell presses: 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6 245 lbs x 4, 295 lbs x 2

incline machine press: 180 lbs x 12,12,12
 
Today had my 1 yr old birthday party. Then headed to gym with lil brother. Hit up triceps and cardio then sauna. Triceps: rope pressdowns: 100 lbs x 12,12,12,12reverse cable bar curls: 100 lbs x 12,12,12,12db over head ext: 90 lbs x 8,8,8machine dips: 120 lbs x 12,12,12close grip bench press: 155 lbs x 10,10

Man i don't know if it's bc my doc is one of the best around or what. But knock on wood lol see what I did there, but no pain yet. I felt lil discomforat bending but no pain yet. They got me on percodets. I feel off and on woosey. Chillin at home go back work Monday. Will start back at gym next wenesday.
