Genomyx Phenadrol cuts Packers6211 Hulk smashing time.

Went to track today at work lunch and hit mile of cardio at the track. Then after work before softball meeting, hit up treadmil for 2.55 miles and then sauna.
 
After a couple of rough days down with sinus infection from hell, i managed to kick my butt to the gym. I ended up killing my biceps. I can barley move my arms now. I did something towards the end that I've never done thanks to one of my friends talking me into it. Now I wanta kick his arse lol.


Biceps:


seated alt db curls: 35 lbs 8,8,8,8


standing ez bar curls: 75 lbs x 8,8,8,8


standing hammer curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8,8ez bar curls


I forget what he called this variation, But using 35 lbs I did 10 reps wide, narrow, and then narrower, Did this 4 freaking times. So 120 reps when all said and done!!!!!!

Man you wan't to talk about hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Son had a tornament today for his baseball travel team. Freaking 10 am til 4 pm we played and was in direct sun. I about melted straight to hell. Got home rested for lil bit and went to gym for cardio. I was tired but push out 2.2 miles and sauna. This boy wouldn't hardly ever mess with cardio and now i love it more n more.

Felt good but lil weaker then last few weeks due to getting rid of this sinus crap. I don't know why the hell but last few times i've tried to post my logs, it keeps not posting it the way i write it. I always put spaces btw my lifts and it keeps doing it like a stupid ass paragraph starting to piss me off.

Today hit cardio day. Did 2 miles treadmill 35 minutes. No sauna bc it was again down lol. Tomorrow will be tri's and shoulders.
 
Nah not by us I just keep getting soaked lol. Today was long arse day at work. I made it to gym after helping my brother pick up a washer and take it to his house. Hit triceps up and felt pumped but worn out tired. I was shocked I kept feeling my arms and being like damnz they are hard as a rock lol.

Looking good in here HULK! When you pop your Phenadrol is it on an empty stomach or with food?
 
For me it's normally empty. I never have issues with or wo food for some reason. I know when I do it wo I feel the stim effects quicker.

Agreed. The one day I took it without food it hit me like a sack of bricks while my wife was driving us into work. For me taking it with food helps blunt the niacin rush slightly.

Happy Fathers day to any of my bro's in here that are papas! Today went to gym after spending some time with baby Evan while the oldest spent the night with my brother. I hit gym up and had a wicked shoulder day thanks to my friend getting my lazy ass to try something new. No joke this about killed me and almost didn't think i could workout afterwards lol.

Ok this was down by doing 5 complete sets without stopping only with a short rest after third set to grab a drink of water. We started with first set seated military front press quickly to standing straight bar uprights straight to push ups and repeated 5 times

Front military barbell presses: 55 lbs x 8,8,8,8,8

Hulks final review. First off this product along with their stimaholic pwo may very well be the best damnz combo i've done in a while. The strength of Phenadrol is def in my all time tops in terms of stim effect. Not to mention a sweated 10x more then normal. Appetite was mildy suppressed. I stuck with one cap daily. In the evening's i'd take scoop of stimaholic. In two weeks I have already got 11 friends hooked on stimaholic and now few are wanting to try phenadrol. Hands down the most intense pwo to date.

Energy 10/10 You get the energy quick and seems to last but didn't make me crash afterwards

fat burning 9.5/10 I lost 9 lbs but notice big difference in body composition.

Went swimming with kids Saturday working on my tan lol. Yesterday hit gym for lil over 2 miles treadmill and 20 minutes sauna. Today looking forward to lifting.
