I look at my waistline. If anything is bulging laterally, I know I'm at 15+ percent. Below 15 is there's a smooth line at my sides when I'm standing.

Abs make brief post workout appearance at 13-15% and they are visible all the time at 11-12. Below 11 is wear I start to look real ripped. But you guys are way more strict with your critique than me so maybe I'd still look like 190 pounds of flub to you guys :laugh:

1.5 scoops 20mins after my pre w/o whey/oat shake. Intense pump, vascualrity and good energy. I took my allergy pill what usually KO's me but I was awake for my workout!

Didnt feel like box's today so I did some ATG squats, real intense. Strength was down somewhat idk why prolly becuase allergy medicine or something. Leg press was really challenging, just getting it moving was hard!! Really improved on my hack squats. Finished up the lift w/ 2 machine exercises and calf raises. Nothing to exciting there.

Legs are tore up, It was a challenge to sit down into my computer chair. I dont wanan know how much my legs are gonna hurt tomorrow if they're this sore already hahah!! ATG kicked my ass!

Got a compliment from 3 guys when I was lifting today, they commented on nice progress and said my legs were looking good. Feels good when someone pulls ya aside to say something nice :)

Well -15lbs is finally starting to sink in. I was dropping weight to maintain form in some lifts, today I could barely do dec CGBP, military was a struggle, and side raises. Im going to try to low 190's/high 180's by mid/end july. Ive been making slow progress trying to keep everything I got, Im not to concerned if I lose some weigh on lifts.

Its about 95 here and really humid, the gym was probably 90 and almost as humid. I was dripping in sweat, I dont even get that wet when i swim! heat is taking somewhat of a toll on me, I swear the A/C wasnt on but the worker said it was.... oh well
 
Workouts look tight bro, I hear ya about the looking soft deal. I can get real big pretty easy, but I am not really vascular, I retain alot of subcutaneous fat for some reason so i also dont get that uber shredded look:worried:

Thanks man! Haha Im the same way! last year or maybe 1.5 years ago I was aroudn 175lbs and 9-11% bf, I still looked like a soft teddy bear, even tho I was pretty ripped. oh well ahha!

first 2 exercises were a waste of time, could barely breathe, wasnt "feeling it", and Im taking out tbar rows they're pissing me off. rest of my lift went smoothly, felt real strong/good throughout the rest. I think it was something in my head. Got another compliment from a guy today, wow thats like 6 in a month!!

Going to stop doing power/hypertrophy and reduce volume soon, getting beat up/worn out ;( I got like 2 -3 servings left me thinks. Legs are suppose to be tomorrow but we'll see what time I get off of work

I wtf'd when I walked into the door, ive never seen it that busy let alone be able to do a lift/SS. Unforntauely i took my smash before going to the gym, It reminded me of a concert atmosphere with all the people almost! Ill hit legs tomorrow, damn gym grrr

Dosing of Smash...1.5 scoops total empty stomach, for being as tired as I was it really brought me to life and helped me push on through my workout!

notes...I swear to god the heat was on, I was so hot by the time I started doing lunges I thought I was going to pass out. Most lifts are little down, oh well plan now is to cut some weight. Good lift regardless, hammys felt good and pumped my entire workout. My Knees were a little sore, idk why oh well!

I received blue raspberry as a flavor, it was really good stuff! Little weird the firs time drinking it but after the first time I looked forward to slamming it down!
Mixability - 10/10
A shaker had to be used, but it mixed perfectly for me.
Workout 'Enhancement' - 10/10
Its an awesome product, good pumps, vacularity, and good kick of energy. Not a crazy stim, but its more than enough to help me kill a workout.
Fullness 'Enhancements' - 9/10
Pumps are awesome on it, I could literally see my shoulder veins about 15-20mins after taking it w/o lifting a weight or moving around. Few times using it, I got some debilitating pumps :D

The only con I experienced while using SFL was the runs a few time. It was no big deal and seemed once I upped it to 1.5scoops, it went away.

I would recommend this product to anyone who lifts weights or needs a little help getting through workouts. Its a well priced pre w/o drink, it delivers, tastes good, and I did not build up a tolerance to it. If anyone is on the fence about ordering it or trying it, I would say go for it. If you liked original smash, you'll only like this 100x more :D
