THE RAG EFFECT Sick energy the entire lift. Shoulder were def pumped up again, felt good!! The usual, lol. Cant complain about this rag at all, its delivering EVERY lift!! :yup:

THE LIFT Some guy kept telling me to flex to compare arms. Im not one to show off or even flex at the gym but I said wth and went for it. Me being 5'11'' 180 and him being 205 and the same heigh, our arms were the same size lol. Got like 3-4 compliments today again!! Woo feels good!!!

Didnt improve to much on my lifts, I never really do for arms tho. Nailed Pr on shoulder press, and working on explosive motion for CG and Dips. Good lift, I definately killed it!!!

off day tomorrow as well as a cheat meal, hell yea!! idk what im eating yet tho, so excited!

THE RAG EFFECT Good pump the entire lift, as well as constant energy. Not as vascular as Ive been, but Im always very vascular. Ive been groggy the entire day and came to life, good old rag ;)

THE LIFTIt was a good lift, it would of been better if I had a spotter or if the gym wasnt closed. I let some milf in and was little distracted by her for the last half of the lift, kept thinking how she looks naked rather than the weight lol :thumbsup:

I did an extra set on bp and tbar, didnt have much explosive power today but I still did a good lift. Subbed out rack chins for normal chins, i felt lazy.

Tomororw is legs and tonight is ufc106. Im gonna kill it tomorrow, got a feeling! :yup:

wow I didnt notice the price at all! Thats really cheap for serving and how well it works!!

I think lack of advertisement or maybe because when someone trys NO xplode its such a caffeiene rush to an un experienced supp taker.

every sample of no explode ive tried just made me have to piss every 10 minutes-i am not a fan. i like shotgun best, but it looks like new rag is going to get a shot for sure. going to give this a try-hope my results are as good as yours geekster.:bigok:

I would have better results drinking a pot of coffe pre w/o than NO Xplode. Literally within 5mins of takin it, Id be in the bathroom.

New Rag shouldnt let you down!

THE RAG EFFECT Had the runs pre w/o today, which has lead me to beleive if you eat anything 1-1.5 hours before taking rag the user WILL have a stomach issue. Easily avoidable tho! If youve been following my training, you'll notice my reps are relatively low. I never really develope a strong pump but so far it feels like Im doing higher reps, 8-14. Which makes me give Rag credit for awesome pumps!! Quads/teardrops getting real vascular real fast! Got liek 3-4 "spahgetti" looking veins, which is always cool!! :thumbsup:

THE LIFT I forgot about the strap suggestion Pav made until my last set of Front Sqs, WOW what a difference!!! I gotta play around with teh tightness or something because Im reallly exploding upwards and the bar seems kinda "jiggles" up and down. I got scared because, well 175lbs "jiggling" is uh... discouraging lol! No biggie, 1-2 weeks Ill be good.

Sick of SLDLs. Gonna hit 400lbs before january, no if ands or buts about this. My PR was 365 @ 215 lbs so Im gonna nail 400 because thats my new goal, Ive hit every goal Ive wanted thus far, and this one will be no different :yup:

365@215? you weighed 215? what you weigh now, around 180? so you are going to break pr by 35 pounds while weighing 35 pounds less? that's a hell of a big improvement-grats on that.:bigok:

Ya biggest I got was 215 last Dec, I stayed that until March or so and than started dropping, lost motivation but Im a man on a mission now!!

I my weight is always diffrent 180-185 depending on water, my cheat meal and some others bs lol. Crazy how much is dependant on someone's mind set!

PS, where is your log?

log is in anti-aging section. those are some great stats-dropping that kind of weight and adding strength, nice job. i shot up to 234 when i started trt and am working to get down to 215 so i know the kind of work involved.:bigok:

Honestly i would say the shotgun is the worst one ive ever taken. At the dose needed to get all the stuff in it will absolutly make your crash and crash hard, harder than no xplode. The Rag is up there so far with the best stuff ive tried
 
Dude BTW, stop straight leg deadlifting so much. I dunno how much running you do or sprinting, but if ya do ure shi* is gona pop. That excercise is like the one ure supposed to stay away from in atheltics....nothing more than a strecth on a box...maybe 85 pounds at most. My excerice physiologist explained it to me....but something to the extent of strenthening the hamstring while putting it on that much of a strecth is incredibly bad news. My good friend was doing like 450+ on it for no reason off a box. First sprint we ran after xmas and snap went his hamstring................

I just know from being beat up so much that pushing an excercies like that aint gonna make you look much better and is just gonna eat you up bad.

Ya I agree about those SLDLs. I dont run and dont spring but Im doing normal DLs from here on out. I didnt know how counter productive they were, I was gonna swap them because I dont see them being more beneifcal than normal DLs but thanks for convincing me :thumbsup:
 
hmmm pav you have an interesting idea here. . . .now i do have to ask then why do all bodybuilders use that excersice to build there hammy's??? are you saying that we should focus on other movements to build hammy's and if so which ones besides curls and lunges. . . to my understanding if we don't run like you do then we should be okay???
 
well the thing is....bodybuilders do not lift to be functional or biomechanically in sync. If u want ure hamstring to look distinctive big and show more.....go ahead and do sldl. But it is not a functional lift. As an athelte i could never imagine lifting to make a specific part of my body grow.

I never try and build my hammys or any muscle group for that matter. I just lift to become stronger and more functional as an athelte. If you are a bodybuilder i assume sldl would be imporant for you as it does issolate ure hamstrings so much. But then again do u ever see jay cutler or coleman running sprints ? It all depends on what you want though. For a guy who wants to look deisel stay somewhat functional and avoid injury Id say go with regular deadlifts. U can also lift more weight and it makes you feel cooler...lol

i agree 100%. a bodybuilder body wouldn't be very good for pro athletes, imo.

yet you know there's a ton of guys in the nfl with freakish physiques that could get a procard with a couple months of training.....For instance vernon davis 6-3 257 7% body fat or takeo spikes or brandon jacobs

His vert is ten inches higher than jordan and 8 than lebron. (55")
he can catch any ball thrown to him in a two car garage.

would he not be the best soccer goalie in the whole world, receiver and a decent basketball player?
 
hmmmm this is a good question. . . well just because his vert is 10" higher than jordan or 8" higher than lebron does not mean that his decision making is any where near the intellect of lebron or jordan. . .also you have to take into consideration what he does off the field?!?!?!? this is questionable but i would say as far as ups sure he winds but send moss up the middle????? hmmmmm not known for that. . . sure take a slant route or an in but haha not up the middle. . . IMO i would say no. . . speed and vertical sure!!

he would look clumsy on a tennis court. face it todays pro athletes are specialist in one area- just like bb'ers specialize in strength and mass, but would be awkward on a sprint track or bb court. i would have to say triathelon athletes are the best.

haha yeh no doubt about the tennis court. Ive played hockey, football, baseball and just about every other sport...u put me on a tennis court and ill get slammed by a 115 lb chineese kid.

I actaully just read an article like five minutes ago about kurt warner and how his best friend is larry fitzgerald and how kurt beats him in basketball. So i guess maybe moss cant play basketball if a 40 year old white guy beats up on larry
