I think lack of advertisement or maybe because when someone trys NO xplode its such a caffeiene rush to an un experienced supp taker.
I would have better results drinking a pot of coffe pre w/o than NO Xplode. Literally within 5mins of takin it, Id be in the bathroom.every sample of no explode ive tried just made me have to piss every 10 minutes-i am not a fan. i like shotgun best, but it looks like new rag is going to get a shot for sure. going to give this a try-hope my results are as good as yours geekster.:bigok:

THE RAG EFFECT Had the runs pre w/o today, which has lead me to beleive if you eat anything 1-1.5 hours before taking rag the user WILL have a stomach issue. Easily avoidable tho! If youve been following my training, you'll notice my reps are relatively low. I never really develope a strong pump but so far it feels like Im doing higher reps, 8-14. Which makes me give Rag credit for awesome pumps!! Quads/teardrops getting real vascular real fast! Got liek 3-4 "spahgetti" looking veins, which is always cool!! :thumbsup:
THE LIFT I forgot about the strap suggestion Pav made until my last set of Front Sqs, WOW what a difference!!! I gotta play around with teh tightness or something because Im reallly exploding upwards and the bar seems kinda "jiggles" up and down. I got scared because, well 175lbs "jiggling" is uh... discouraging lol! No biggie, 1-2 weeks Ill be good.
Sick of SLDLs. Gonna hit 400lbs before january, no if ands or buts about this. My PR was 365 @ 215 lbs so Im gonna nail 400 because thats my new goal, Ive hit every goal Ive wanted thus far, and this one will be no different :yup:

Ya biggest I got was 215 last Dec, I stayed that until March or so and than started dropping, lost motivation but Im a man on a mission now!!365@215? you weighed 215? what you weigh now, around 180? so you are going to break pr by 35 pounds while weighing 35 pounds less? that's a hell of a big improvement-grats on that.:bigok:

I my weight is always diffrent 180-185 depending on water, my cheat meal and some others bs lol. Crazy how much is dependant on someone's mind set!

well the thing is....bodybuilders do not lift to be functional or biomechanically in sync. If u want ure hamstring to look distinctive big and show more.....go ahead and do sldl. But it is not a functional lift. As an athelte i could never imagine lifting to make a specific part of my body grow.
I never try and build my hammys or any muscle group for that matter. I just lift to become stronger and more functional as an athelte. If you are a bodybuilder i assume sldl would be imporant for you as it does issolate ure hamstrings so much. But then again do u ever see jay cutler or coleman running sprints ? It all depends on what you want though. For a guy who wants to look deisel stay somewhat functional and avoid injury Id say go with regular deadlifts. U can also lift more weight and it makes you feel cooler...lol

he would look clumsy on a tennis court. face it todays pro athletes are specialist in one area- just like bb'ers specialize in strength and mass, but would be awkward on a sprint track or bb court. i would have to say triathelon athletes are the best.
