LiveToLift said:Wow bro somehow missed these earlier. Very impressed with your work, this is an incredible transformation bro. You have not only leaned but tightened up nicely. It changes the entire look of your physique bro. That back shot really shows how lean you have become in the love handle area. Keep this sh1t up bro you still have a beastly build as far as muscle goes so I think you are gauging the diet just perfectly. This is one hell of a stack from the looks, not to take away anything from you though. You have showed how dedicated and motivated you are to kill this sh1t! :clap2:

I either need better picture taking skills or maybe the angles don't do it justice. Some of the improvements are not showing through pictures.
One thing I am excited about are faint lines in my abs show life in my abs. I never had that in my life.
Thanks again LTL. Encouragement and support add as much to gains as anything else. Lot of what we do is so mental.
LiveToLift said:Agree! I definitely see those ab lines showing bro! Shredded in no time!

Summary:
Ahhhh……..a day to relax before you head back to work. I woke up with a lot of energy this morning. My GF says that I was a little excitable. I had little focus and was moving from one thing to another. Also, took care of some business in the morning. Libido….check !
I felt hungry from get go. I ate a lot of beef, beans and rice, shrimp, tamale, pork tacos, little bit of chips and salsa, chocolate cake and a small glass of beer. Recompadrol got a good workout today.
I went to the gym and immediately started on a high pace. I felt great and did not let up. One hour of heart pounding drenching elliptical later and I burned over 1,000 calories. I set the machine at 205 lbs and level 28. So I was very happy with the pace and the results. I went home afterwards and sat on the deck to relax at home. Tacos, chips, beer, GF and the dog. Nothing beats that. The weather was beautiful and I caught up on some reading……Yeah right. I was checking up on AM all day while pretending to read.
Late evening, we went to the gym for a second session for me and a first session for her. I worked on my legs today. Nice slow steady and in good form. Is there such thing as LISS leg workout ? While lifting I contemplated changing things up to give my aching elbow, wrists and shoulders a break. I will be doing 4X Mass workout for few weeks. I always wanted to try it and with less weight, it might be what my body calls for. Not sure what body part to attack first. Will decide tomorrow. In turn, I will be killing cardio all week. It should be fun as long as energy level keeps staying at this level.
Onto tomorrow.

fumoney said:Yep, feedback on black lion and Formeron has been nothing but positive so far.
Rahl said:I've had that on my list for a whole but I think I'm going to try BPS's forma surge next.
EBF Inc said:hey FU,,
can i recommend adding more protein into your diet and dropping the fat a little bit
youll see a better transformation especially with the training style.
so if you drop 40g fat, add 100g protein. That would be best IMO to carry you the next few weeks
fumoney said:In your opinion, it that the better choice or did you just have it in your queue first to try? Thanks Rahl !
Rahl said:I can't honestly say as I haven't run either yet but I love formastanzol and want to try some others. I almost bought the black lion product when waiting for the forma surge to come out. I've just had my eye on the BPS product longer. When I do run it I will log it!

Summary:
A change to my program preceded by a 5 day break.
I have decided to take a short break from lifting to give my joints a break. This encompasses taking today through saturday off. I initially thought about doing 4X Mass and using lighter weights, but I think the rest from lifting completely will do me good. I have been going all out chasing PRs for little over 7 months now. I have been doing high volume workouts and taxing everything in my body and all the issues have finally caught up to me. I have tired joints, my elbows literally feel like burning during heavy push lifts, shoulders feel like pinching and pulling during stretch movements and I have a wrist that literally gives out at a wrong angle.
Well, what can I accomplish this week then ? cardio up the wazoo !
I am targeting 10,000 calories burned by any means necessary. Morning sessions, extended sessions, evening sessions,....etc. How is this a break ? I gave up heavy lifting legs for about a month now and they feel like new. Most of the cardio will be elliptical and stress will be put on my legs mostly. I have burned 2,516 calories on Sunday and Monday combined, so with 5 days left, I am a bit behind. I will catch up.
If I find some time, I will add in ab work.
I know this is not optimal. I have 8 weeks to go and I want to make those productive ones with a lot of lifting. I really feel that the 1 week sacrifice will pay dividends in the long run. I also have not put in significant amount of cardio during this run, so this is a good way to get some in. Finally, I am curious to see how this effects the results. No lifting and all cardio. We will find out in 5 days or so.
I won't comment too much on anything else. Everything else is running awesome.
Onto tomorrow.

howwedo107 said:How do you get 75g sugar lol I want your diet broyum haha
runner_79 said:Fruit?
fumoney said:Nope. Full disclosure on my log. I am not here to paint a perfect world to receive kudos from everyone about how perfect my diet had been. If I eat sugar, it will reflect on the chart. The sugar in this case is from frozen yogurt and bar-b-que sauce from one of the dishes in the cafeteria. Overall, my diet was still at normal to below maintenance level. I also have a high volume workout to try to offset bad days.
When I started this thing 55 lbs ago this year, I promised to make this not a journey of diet to quickly lose weight, but a journey to make a lifetime change that I can maintain. There will be good days with the bad. So far it has worked for me. Blood pressure down, body fat down, sugar low, triglycerides low, cholesterol low, weight down, VO2 max up,.. Etc.
Yes, that is high amount of sugar. I did stay at good calorie level. I did goto gym and burned 2000+ calories knowing my diet was not good. Act, reflect, react, maintain, adjust. Life is full of adjustments based on your actions.
Thanks for your feedback.
fumoney said:Sorry howwedo. I am having a bad night. I was too quick to respond. I know you meant well.
howwedo107 said:It's all good bro all I meant was I can't eat that much sugar not bc of diet/weight loss reasons but bc I get really bad headaches from to much sugar so I have to control mine...your doing a great job...i do like sugar just can't have a lot that's why I said I wish I could have your diet...no harm bro keep up the great work crazy difference so far and I love the detail in the log with posting your diet up everyday![]()
