i recently aquired a heap of powders from our good frends in china,can anyone give me any advice on how i should take formestane powder as i have read it has a poor bioavailablilty orally?

Get some penetrate from Nutraplanet and make a transdermal. I did that twice using 5 grams per bottle.

hey i didnt knoe formestane was so poor orally if i bought estro xtreme(formestane) could i break the capsules open and make my own transdermal solution with it

Too many fillers in the capsule. Should still work orally at least slightly.

question if i have formestane in 50mg capsules could i break those open an still turn that into a transdermal or do i not have enough powder its 90 capsules in the bottle 90caps x 50mg = 4500mg
