Ok guys, fast has been broken and I got to leave some 15 mins earlier from work so I treated myself to some cooking (I enjoy cooking) and went ahead and cooked a meal that is BreakFast style:
-2 cups of egg whites
-1 cup of spinach
-1/2 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
Mix it up and voila, delicious and HUGE omelette
Now as for the rest, we needed more fats and carbs so I did this:
-1 cup of fat free milk
-1.5 cups of oatmeal
Cooked in this ratio it comes out more of a paste so I put it over my omelette and then glazed it all with:
-2 tbsp olive oil.
Yes...I like extra virgin olive oil a lot haha.
So kCals so far and macros are:
1,124 kCals 117g of carbs 34g of fat 85g of protein. And around 1200 more kCals to go, already have had so far around 2 quarts of water mixed with 30g of BCAA's throughout my fast , it contained also my 5g of citrulline mallate and prior to my meal I dosed (quite methodically) 300mg of Na-R-Ala and after that , some 20 minutes later , 1g ALCAR and no more than 20 mins later I was having this delicious meal

, later today, since I got the rest of the evening at home, I might make some home made dry and lean meatloaf, as I like to keep my fats under control and under my own dosage schemes, fret not, I still keep fats at a high level on rest days anyways
