Thanks bro! I got high hopes for this, DAA+AI yields massive strength gains (in the realistic side of things of course) and this AI according to a read I did, poses (on paper) 10x the strength of usual AI's , so it should be quite interesting to see how it pays out :), specially in the dry side of things. Form-X , while designed for PCT, also poses GREAT benefits and assets as a great all around test booster+ai complex with many more added goodies, so I TBH i expect a lot of this and I am gonna put my everything into making this results possible :p!

Ok guys, kCalories and Diet were quite tricky today, since my dad did want to have some lunch and surprised me with Ihop to go meals when he picked me up from work, yeah...I let go my car keys >> I never surrender my BMer but its my dad...so aw well...Diet went as such:

-First Meal:
Simple n Fit egg white Omelette with spinach, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes, instead of the fruit that comes with this he brought me 3 whole wheat pancakes without the butter and syrup...Yes it was all Munched on without regret...

Second meal was under my realm of control and power so it was more a meal that I enjoy:
-2 cups of oatmeal
-3 cups of egg whites
-1 cup of HEB Fat Free milk.

Again estimated macros with various sourcing information (including official Ihop nutritional info and some avarage give and take from MyFitnessPal) I sat around: 2,350 kCals 303g of carbs 45g of fat 175g of protein.

Now for those of you who know me, know already I am quite displeased with my weekend of cheat meals at restaurants and their untrackability due to the fact that its not under my control...So diet goes back to normal tomorrow and under my complete control which should make for better results, again, this was something that won't happen again...nothing is more displeasing to me than to fail at a 5 rep set on the first week of 5/3/1 due to malnutrition and not enough rest...So fret not...this body will receive its nutrients and rest properly as it should from today onward.

Form-X Notes:
Too early to make any former comment as today was my first dose, but lets set some bases so I will have something to look back on:
-For about 2 weeks now my libido has been through the roof, reason being (I assume...) that there is a beautiful...no scratch that...gorgeous female in my office that has the most lovely smile and perfect body (yes I might have a case of summer infatuation...) I have seen in a long time...but as far as talking to her, lets just say self-esteem wise, I am lacking the courage and bases to talk to her...not physical insecurity, but I still carry some baggage from some stuff that happened more than 10 months ago...Anyhow libido has been up, but not THAT high...
-Mood, today I was real lethargic and tired, but thats because of this weekends malnutrition and rest patterns, BUT mood has been a bit low lately anyway...thing is, the people I have to deal with at the office is somehow a bit different from what I expected, so stress is also a bit high.
-Yeah lets add that to the list...stress...
-Not that good sleep but curious and wondering if I should take up on Melatonin again, either 3-5g alone or with something else...pitch in suggestions if you wish.

This will be standpoints where I hope the synergy of DAA+AI will work, as well as the strength increase department, but that department is highly dependant on nutrition too, so I have to keep up with the kCals and hope I can get a little extra from Form-X.

Totally kicked my a*s and was close to puking my guts out...I never go that high and thanks to a good suggestion it was good, reason I wanted to puke is because I finished with a 60 sec blast at level 20 and wanted to quit since the first 10 seconds.

5 minute cool down at level 8. And for the remainder of the time I cruised between levels 12 and 14 ou of sheer will to do my 40+ minutes.

Ended up at 42 minutes with 750 kCals burnt on the meter, and I still feel like a truck ran me over...I should have stopped after the HIIT sets...but yeah this kid needs a lot of time on the cardio to vent out some stuff inside him...my own personal drug is cardio and lifting...

Fast will be broken until 3pm.

I recently brought cardio back into my routine.... I start @ like 8 & work myself up to level 14 or so.
I'll have to try what you said for the HIIT... Cause sprints suck.

I try to keep sprints to the weekend haha and mostly once a week, I'll do mostly elliptical, incline treadmill and stair master on the week days. And yeah, my go-to cardio was always the Stair Master, that thing drenches me and burns me way more than even sprints haha. The thing with the stairmaster is the more you weight the harder it is, you can argue this for many kinds of cardiovascular exercises but here...well lets you say you feel it more when you are trying to keep up at the 10+ floors per minute haha. And that's pretty awesome for starting, when I started with the stair master I started the base level 6 and worked my way up to 10 and felt like dying, then I started trying some intervals with 12...then 14 , and before I noticed I was already starting at 12-14 and had no problem with mantaining at least 30 mins at lvl 16 haha. I am a cardio nut ^^!

Yeah same I started on like 6-8.... I never was consistence in doing it. I usually do it for about 20 minutes and switch between level 9-14 IIRC. I'll pay more attention the next time.

The best advice I can give you for this, 5 seconds before the minute mark or second mark you want to start the 30 second burst is when you start frantically pressing the button to go up, then LET GO , do not hold on to the bars and even if you end up stomping the floor, go as high as you can and as fast as you can, you will get better at this and stop getting all the attention for stomping the base of the machine and you will then getting for frantic breathing, and massive speed at the climbing movement haha, you will sweat out even blood if you do it right, and the minute you take of rest...if done right , will come with fuzzy lights on your eyes and a "bob marley" feeling of being high, happy and glad you did it, then do it again :p!!

-2 cups of egg whites
-1 cup of spinach
-1/2 cup 2% fat cottage cheese
Mix it up and voila, delicious and HUGE omelette

Now as for the rest, we needed more fats and carbs so I did this:
-1 cup of fat free milk
-1.5 cups of oatmeal

Cooked in this ratio it comes out more of a paste so I put it over my omelette and then glazed it all with:
-2 tbsp olive oil.
Yes...I like extra virgin olive oil a lot haha.

So kCals so far and macros are:
1,124 kCals 117g of carbs 34g of fat 85g of protein. And around 1200 more kCals to go, already have had so far around 2 quarts of water mixed with 30g of BCAA's throughout my fast , it contained also my 5g of citrulline mallate and prior to my meal I dosed (quite methodically) 300mg of Na-R-Ala and after that , some 20 minutes later , 1g ALCAR and no more than 20 mins later I was having this delicious meal :), later today, since I got the rest of the evening at home, I might make some home made dry and lean meatloaf, as I like to keep my fats under control and under my own dosage schemes, fret not, I still keep fats at a high level on rest days anyways :).

Ok so macros for the day DID get to a reaching point perfectly, but could not be acquired by the Lean Meatloaf I wanted and tried to have...Reason being I stepped out to do some quick bank errands after leaving it in the oven and when I came back my 2 roomates (whom I did not know before this internship...) Took the MJ inspired (munchies) idea to munch on it and burn their hands and insides of the mouth, so meal 2 was merely a redo of meal 1 and a bit more fats (.5 more tbsp of EVOO) to complete the feeding at around 8pm and then stepped out to an unplanned evening with what could very well be a disaster...or future Mrs. Troll...I am quite stressed, barely going to bed and hope that Form-X decides to kick in right now and that the morning dosage will help me get through my day tomorrow...Good night and God bless...(she is cute...speaks french and has traveled around everywhere I've been...she likes the same things I do...and idk why but this sudden interest in someone I just met and connected with, is not normal in me...perhaps a sort of self-esteem and libido boost...could be placebo, if I call her it might be proof it wasn't...) Night fellas...

This is perfect. I also like to finish with my final interval being the closest thing to failure without getting there. Don't watch the calorie counter too much as it doesn't account for certain things. Your "true" HIIT intervals are actually burning more calories than the machine shows, as calories burnt increase with a disproportionate, positive relationship to heart rate. Also, there is a mild EPOC of about 50 calories following any HIIT session (though many will try to convince you that "it ramps up your metabolism all day brah!!!111!."

Yeah I have a hard time believing the metabolism boost for ALL DAY long effects from any kind of cardio haha, but thanks to you I did feel a new sense of love and admiration for oxygen and breathing bro haha.

I never do dumbbell curls and in retrospective I won't do them again, I like my barbell better, and please keep in mind , my avid readers, that thou shall NOT curl in the squat rack...

Strong day in the main lift for not having slept much though , I went back on the weight on the assistance because I wasn't liking my form and ROM and rather go for higher controlled reps with better ROM and more MM connection.

Form-X notes:
Ok I didn't sleep much but I still recovered fine from yesterday and almost all the burn from that HIIT mayhem is gone. Libido is still high and today I actually talked to the girl that works at my gym I think it's cute so that's saying something. As for increased aggression well, the extra set of chin ups was because this Cross Fit dude was doing chin ups right by me swinging around a lot and actually sent his iPod flying and hit me in the back of the head because of his weird swinging form...I bitched at him todo proper form and he said e can get 12 reps like that, that I couldn't even do 5...well proper form all the way up and all the way down I did 20 and merely said: "now workout without excuses dude" so yeah aggression is there. No difference yet in penile sensitivity as of today.
 
No like dumbbell curls eh?? I like the versatility of manipulating grips and twisting at the top of the movement . I can't fatigue my biceps any other way.
