-45x10 DS 35x10 (decided to let my shoulder catch a break and gear this towards a nice pump while keeping real good form and explosive movements)

100 push ups (2 sets of 50 trying to make the MOST of them explosive)
100 deep hammer grip push ups with the Men's Health Fitness Bar Accessory Device (3 sets of 30 and then just added 10 because I felt like getting 100 too)
Wanted to try that one out, the bar, since the roomate has it and it seemed interesting...hm not bad I guess.
My nutrition and all the cooking will begin on monday...but yes I wanted to brag about my PRs xD it was my heavy week for 5.3.1 after all! hahaha.

The rest looks pretty good, especially diet-wise. One thing I would look at again is your caloric total on workout days. The macros don't add up to the total.
Very strong lifts for your bodyweights. It really shows in the BW exercises...your dips and pullups are insane. Add weight to the pullups if possible and you will get even stronger.
