First I would recommend against a rapid cut. It's unhealthy and often your body rebels against it. You'll also for sure lose a large portion of muscle. I would recommend a long...16 to 20 week cut so you only need to lose approx 1 lb per week. At this rate you can comfortably cut and really.minimize muscle loss.read through a lot of reports/info on this originally when i scooped up my pre sale stash. X months later with an addition to the family, finally about to try it lol.
i know the conventional wisdom is to cut slow but i have no plan for that. im going to cut hard and fast and try to drop about 25lbs or so which would put me around 215 and hopefully cut up. going to use ostarine to help mitigate muscle loss, and wondering whats best use for the follidrone.
A-throw it in with the ostarine on my cut.
B-throw it in mid-late cycle of some good stuff after im done cutting and recuperate lost cutting gains that way by maximizing the cycle.
i obviously will need whatever help i can get since i dont plan on cutting "smartly." but i dont want to waste the potential of follidrone either. although any significant fat decrease/muscle retention wouldnt be a waste to me personally. any anecdotal/obvious answers to using it in this manner?

Follidrone will help you retain muscle. Make sure your test levels are high. Follidrone 2 caps every day 30 min before training and about the same time on non training days.
Make sure to keep protein very high. 2g per lb weight.
Drink 1 to 2 gal water daily.
Take a solid multi vitamin, extra c, fish oil etc.
Lots of meat and veggies. Fats sre also fine....cut cals from carbs.
well it will likely be more like 2.something lbs per week, after initial carb bloat drops off a nice chunk. i really dont see the justification for losing 1lb a week when i know i gain a lot more being able to bulk than i will lose cutting....which the key detail is here that im not natty. essentially, imo, i feel like theres more merit in minimizing time with a calorie deficit than there is worrying about muscle lost when i know i can gain it back easily. if not for any other reason than i hate cutting and the timing of my next run being when it is.
also keep in mind, ostarine is specifically being tested for muscle wasting, although in different circumstances, i feel this is one aspect of use that people overlook when talking about it.
im not telling you that youre wrong, only explaining my thought on this to gauge how questionable i may sound lol. perhaps i should re evaluate my mind set.
well ill be throwing in whatever random products i have been hoarding away, but overall my test is likely to be slightly supressed due to osta, hopefully that wont impact the use of folli but my guess is it will be negligible. but i think i will pair those 2 together.
