Follidrone Cutting Package

Folli Pumps and endurance effects are full swing and I dont feel like I have lost a beat yet. Only used folli and norco PWO and I cant say I am displeased. You get what you put in. I will say that I am dying to try this on a full calorie surplus when I know my body will have what it needs to grow. I dare scare it will scare people

Could not agree more! I think rest/pause training is tailor made for Follidrone. I am a bit out of my mind with the progress I am making right now. I feel stronger than I ever have in my whole lifting career.
 
Feel the same way bro. Folli is definitely helping me retain muscle mass on this cut but I'd love to run it again once I'm done cutting.

Man I honestly cant believe how great this supp has been. I mean to end up cutting serious weight and still be able to put up numbers and train beyond into new realms has me baffled. I cant only imagine how huge I would be if I wasnt attempting to stay around 220.

I never do legs but one of my friends just got a Conditioning class approved so I helped him pilot test it after work. Lawd! Haven't laced up my cleats in so damn long it was like I had to break em in all over again. Class was athletic based movements for 40secs on 20secs off (DEATH) but was pretty solid. Great variety some strengths and a few weaknesses. I got to see him come out of his shell and really get into it and its great to see a friend raise himself to another level.

Afterwards his ass wants to do legs! Well FUDGE!!

Honestly good leg focus and great explosiveness the whole way around. I rarely do cardio before a Weight Training session as I know which is the primary but today I wont lie I was tried as crap but the will to keep going was strong. Recovery was rather quick with a 2min break here and there and Step-Ups was the most challenging thing but that's not surprising. Damn good day and my legs are tingling sitting here typing this lol.

Empty gym, great energy between me and my training partner and he actually pushed me tonight and we both were surprised with where I eneded up. Kids come a long ways and I keep him alot more structured than what I do but damn, i cant be all wrong. How in the hell is it possible to do this after straining the hell out of my peck. Maybe it wasn't that bad, I cant say as it was my first pec issue but whats come out of this situation is GAINZZZ!!!

I used to think of myself as an ordinary man, then overnight I became a beast. Theres always a another step...Is it too much to see what an ABOMINATION will look like? Conqu3r was full through the veins with Folli and I cant deny such sick products. Man if you have the cash to buy up for a decent stack for 2-3 months this is it dangit!

Well guys this past week has been a FURIOUS Storm but Im a rather open guy so here goes

Had my 1-yr review from the PT Clinic I work at and I nailed that darn thing. Our owner claims he looks at me as a son, got a decent raise, and a few added responsibilities that I had been dying for and I am more than glad. Being a Tech may not seem like much but to still have a degree and no credible voice can leave ya feeling like crap sometimes but I am glad he took notice of it.

Had a huge week of PRs so I treated myself for the past 2 days. No snickers though but Ice-Cream, Steaks, Homefries!!! Oh more icecream lls!

Approval of my Bench Press Comp. and My own program for the YMCA

Found 2 entry lv S&C jobs/internships close-by and I am DYING to finish my cover letters and resume to get on this.

I took my practice exam for the CSCS and did fairly well. Almost prepared to sit for the real thing but I want at least a 90% before taking the real thing. There will only be one more practice test no matter what.

Im ready to take myself to the next level no matter what it takes and Im ready to get back into learning more and more. This has been the break Ive needed and I had sooo many things to get in order but Im in such a better place mentally and physically that its time to press on towards new goals. I would like to thank those who have been pushing and supporting me forward as believe it or not it has helped me mentally. In the end what we do is for us, but being able to help pick up others is a blessing that not many people can provide consistently. Thanks folks!

Today was an active recovery day. BarStar like workout for 90mins. Cores toasted and I got Leg Day on the way. I got this though!

Strength and Conditioning and Certified S&C Specialist Cert. from the NSCA. I work as a Physical Therapist Technician right now at a clinic. Its alot to deal with and I am finding myself getting farther and farther away from it.

I work in an Outpatient Clinic now (Lots of Spinal and people breaking down from life), YMCA while for some is a part time gig, I live for the job and its a good way to constantly give back without actually donating money. Well time is money so im even there lol. Rant over lol

I've got chest tom so I'll see, I'm obv gonna take it very light. It hasn't been hurting me moving around as much anymore tho which is a good sign

Well we all know how Back days go nothing too crazy but I did get pretty insane on the Biceps. Just insane pump and volume that I wanted to press past the pain barrier. Honestly my forearms were done long before my back or bi's separately which makes sense. Great gut check day followed up with a Buffet.

I will say that I am officially done with my random food binge. Back to a stricter diet tomorrow and continuing to hold my weight.
