Hit the doors after this so I wouldnt get too carried away. Empty gym, great energy between me and my training partner and he actually pushed me tonight and we both were surprised with where I eneded up. Kids come a long ways and I keep him alot more structured than what I do but damn, i cant be all wrong. How in the hell is it possible to do this after straining the hell out of my peck. Maybe it wasn't that bad, I cant say as it was my first pec issue but whats come out of this situation is GAINZZZ!!!
