Supp Update: Amento: Thats done for, Honestly a damn good addition to any regime or stack. Increases in Vascularity were immediate (few days to a week) in terms of how long one would normally wait on results. I do feel it helps power to some extent, but would like to see how it fairs when Im in a full surplus. I did make the mistake one day taking 2 Norco, and 2 Amento just had slipped my mind and it did tear my stomach up within the next hour. Lesson learned F-95: Ya know, I want to say I saw results from it, but yet again I cannot say I feel any different with it or without it. Haven't had it within the last 2 weeks along with the norco and I am just not seeing its value for the amount of caps I take with the price. That will be the last time I purchase F-95 Alphamine: Used sparingly throughout and honestly it never fails to impress. Great combo with Amento and Folli. I love using it fasted on weekends Recompadrol: Used a good bit throughout, when eating out Id try and have the pills ready, if not immediately when I got home. Really the best GDA I think I have ever used. I actually feel leaner after taking it some late nights. OT: Came in late but Orange Triad just rocks, was having a rough time with my knees on MVP which makes me really believe something was missing, I added in the Fishoils with it and am feeling quite better.
Todays Back day was AWESOME!!! 2 ladies joined me out of the blue and who am I to say no. This on back day is easy for me as I get my own weights and moving a pin is easy so there wasn't alot of loading and unloading. I didnt write down a thing and my recall is of my dinner date alone so I am still stuck on cloud nine here. I do however am still getting crazy cramp feelings in my back that are just not letting down. Bringing that elbow back gets a grab everytime lol. Cant wait to see what tomorrow holds.
