Nice man! 245 is damn good weight! And u could prob get 2 more reps next time after getting more used to it. As far as the leg presses today I did

12 45s x15
16 45s x15
20 45s x15
24 24s x12

and when I got up I could feel my right knee throbbing so instead of going heavier I did 2 sets of lunges with the 50s, 24 steps each way, then 3 sets of squats and finished with leg extensions until i was cramping, haha

Nice. The presses at my gym will only hold 11 per side, so I load it up and then throw plates on top. I've thought about going cheese Dorian Yates style and getting someone to jump on at times.

No I never use sleeves, damn Kat that's a lot of plates for a little lady :-)

Workout was quick, intense and shirt and shorts were soaked. Honestly got some good rep work in on Deads and felt better with my positioning from the floor. If I didnt know any better I wonder how many folks pay attention to their stabilizers in comparison to their primary movers as I believe the addition of Folli is shining the greatest there. Simply because Im not as fatigued and feeling as if Im costing myself reps. Anyone else have ideas to this?

The reps are coming from Follidrone. I'm in week 6 now and reps are increasing substantially! Frankly, I'm very surprised as I'm 54!

Saturdays workout was great, alot more focus on my rows and heavy DB work on the shoulders. Hunger is slowly creeping on in and I sadly am not able to participate in the PL comp. I had wanted to (WORK...) but there will be another.

Honestly kept it short and simple. 2 caps of Norco and Folli this workout and didn't mind it. Sweats aren't the same as Alphamine but the tempo made up for that. No Heart racing scares and pumps in the legs were just as comparable to leg days when I dont use Conqu3r. Decent one for the books

I will be treating myself to an all you can eat Pizza buffet lls. DONT JUDGE ME lol
 
Dude, I cheat meal all the time and I don't give a ****. I work hard and I deserve (and you) a freaking kick ass guilty meal. Too much ***** footing around unless someone is getting ready for comp, IMO.

Literally had an hour to lift and had to hit the doors to go change. Honestly got some killer work done and ate even better today. I am coming up short on my carbs for the night but I feel fine and satisfied so Im not pushing it. Hit some mean ass numbers today and quite surprised how smooth everything was. With that, I will be taking a short break from Folli but will be starting again soon.

I hit a 325 bench last week for the first time ever and almost hit 2 today. This Folli run has absolutely been blowing my mind.

But on top of that I have dramatically increased my cardio level. On top of my HIIT, I now work the heavy bag for 30 min 3x a week and run the dog 4-5 miles 4 days a week. Getting stronger and way fit.

Today's back day kinda sucked. Didn't sleep we'll, worked 12 clinic hours (sad I know) and just barely had time 2 eat lunch. Got 2 the gym so mentally drained and unmotivated that I went through the motions. I can claim that it was a good "mind muscle connection" day but why lie. Tomorrow WILL be better. He'll I'm human and I did over 100 pull-ups in the 90mins I was there lol. Did do some cycling for 30mins as well. So not a total waste
 
Not all lifting sessions can be great. You've been bustin your hump consistently so a lack-luster session is no big deal. Rest up and catch some sleep. You'll kill the next one!
