Haha, yeah I've done a leg day at the house with just 30lb dbs and just done lunges the length of my house and back until I collapsed. I got like 8 or 9 sets of 24, that's all I did and was sore for like 3 days haha

dam leg press running out of plates or what haha. noticed my leg press has gone up a ton on epi-(-)

We have exactly 30 45s in our gym, at this moment I couldnt put them all on there if my life depended on it lol, My leg press endurance has been quite sick though

Nah, just 2 PWO, i tired 3 a few days but the effect although slightly better isnt worth it in exchange I have picked up the tempo a little more, and the effects still seem to be holding well after I leave the gym, which reminds me 2morrow I need a supp update and weight in done.

I havent found much info from Clear Muscle yet other than ppl saying their recovery window is shortened. I could see an awesome combo from using it with Folli, as they should play off each other quite well.

My focus on blasting my legs is more of an obsession as I dont have calves to speak of lol. Must keep growing! Oh the foam roller and ice baths go a long ways for me even if it seems mental sometimes

I do calf work along with my preventative maintenance but its every other day and is as follows
5 sets X 20reps 3sec stretch explosive concentric standing raises off a Reebok step
Seated Soleus Raise same as above usually with 2-3 45s on my lap
Pigeon Toed SL raise standing usually 15reps 3 sets on each leg
I used to finish with jumping rope with my weighted best but I lost my straps so its been collecting dust.

Only have a BB and 3-45s at my house but this way I'm able to add some resistance but am open to ideas

Todays session was an awesome morning great breeze, no clouds, and 70* so I hit the bike hard. Was a great 45min ride time got away from me a bit I had 2 packs of oatmeal w/ scoop of whey and some pineapples. Took an 2hr nap afterwards and went on to the gym.

I could only do 2 rounds of this before feeling like I was ready to project this morning breakfast. Honestly totally Freaked me up as the 1st set was hard and the 2nd was just intense as hell. Hats off to him for this one as I had to take a seat for 5mins after this. I gotta find a way to raise these up higher as well but fun for the 1st attempt of them

Felt burnt so I went and hit the pool. Had a quest bar and 2 apples and felt alot better after transitioning btw the hot tub and the pool. I actually feel great now and my legs feel tight as crap. I did order a Pizza when I got home 2 help feed the beast.
 
Didn't sleep the bet yesterday but am having a pretty good day. Vein told my face seems thinner but my body seems bigger....wtf lol feeling good overall almost time to put my Norco on a break

Conqu3r, AMento, 1scoop Alphamine, and Folli 2 caps. Man I hope someone else tries this combo if they believe they are stem resistant. Honestly not one complaint other than being too beastmode for a ymca

Welcome on in man, Honestly loving this stuff thus far. Seeing improvement all over the board and already started my towards my weekly write up. Only one downside I have seen thus far but I am noticing myself growing to overcome it. Cant believe some of the things ive been able to do volume, and intensity wise.

have u at any point tried doing a more extreme calf day, say twice a week at the gym? Extreme enough where ur calves are actually sore for like 2 days? It's not easy to get them this sore, I have to do heavy weight and high reps and just blast them into submission
 
I've tried it but even after post op, my calves just don't fatigue, may get a little tired but sand is the only thing to beat them 2 death.

I military pressed 275 for 4 last week after doing 225 for 12, someone was standing there but didn't touch the bar. First time I had done it in like 6 months haha, so it felt a little awkward, I've been all dbs and machines lately without a spotter. You may surprise urself, I've been surprising myself lately, not used to hitting big numbers when dieting hard and doing a lot of cardio.
