Haha, yeah I've done a leg day at the house with just 30lb dbs and just done lunges the length of my house and back until I collapsed. I got like 8 or 9 sets of 24, that's all I did and was sore for like 3 days haha

dam leg press running out of plates or what haha. noticed my leg press has gone up a ton on epi-(-)
top three are on point! especially that front lat spread.
side triceps is a pain in the ass to nail, i can't get it either. practice makes perfect

Back day was just SICK, JUST SICK! WmUps: 70 pullups Lat Pulldowns: Pyramid went down and back up, every set stronger than the last 120x12 160x10 180x8 220x6 260x4 Bb Curls: slow drag up, quick down x20 x20 x20 x20 Underhand Low Cable Rows: Ez-bar attachment 120x12 140x12 160x12 200x10 240x10 260x10 Thickness was on some other SHIZZ and dunno why Row Machine: literally went all in on this machine did 8 sets 4 with my palm outward (just felt different) and 4 on the neutral grips and maxed out the stack for 10 reps which I had never tried. Excited to add it to the collection. Dunno why I didnt record it there but eehhh it happens. Db Rows: 100x12 80x15 100x12 90x15 100x12 95x15 100x15 Weird workup but I made it lol Ez-Curl Preacher Curls: Weird bars so only counting the weights on the sides 50x8 90x8 110x8 125x6 140x5 150x3 Break before negs 180x3 10sec hold on each 180x3 10sec hold again 200x1 5 sec hold and i had nothing left Seated Alt Curls: 40x12 50x12 55x12 60x12 Cable Wide Grip Pulldowns: Wings on full blast 95x12 95x12 95x12 95x12 95x12 Rack Running: blew this one up! Sweat was rolling, back was blown all outta proportion. Never felt so wide in my life and the looks confirmed it. Very fortunate to have such a day and glad I took some time to feed the beast as it was just struggling to survive. Really hope this transfers over to shoulder tomorrow. Seriously weights down, energy up through the day, and today was a 2hr session and I simply killed it! Conqu3r, AMento, 1scoop Alphamine, and Folli 2 caps. have u at any point tried doing a more extreme calf day, say twice a week at the gym? Extreme enough where ur calves are actually sore for like 2 days? It's not easy to get them this sore, I have to do heavy weight and high reps and just blast them into submissionI do calf work along with my preventative maintenance but its every other day and is as follows 5 sets X 20reps 3sec stretch explosive concentric standing raises off a Reebok step Seated Soleus Raise same as above usually with 2-3 45s on my lap Pigeon Toed SL raise standing usually 15reps 3 sets on each leg I used to finish with jumping rope with my weighted best but I lost my straps so its been collecting dust. Only have a BB and 3-45s at my house but this way I'm able to add some resistance but am open to ideas

First time I had done it in like 6 months haha, so it felt a little awkward, I've been all dbs and machines lately without a spotter. Honestly a pretty damn good workout that soaked my jogging pants to the point I was doing abs in my compression shorts. Used one Norco with my Conquer today kept the F-95 but not the Amento. Wondering if I can keep this party going.
