Nice man! 245 is damn good weight! And u could prob get 2 more reps next time after getting more used to it. As far as the leg presses today I did
12 45s x15
16 45s x15
20 45s x15
24 24s x12
and when I got up I could feel my right knee throbbing so instead of going heavier I did 2 sets of lunges with the 50s, 24 steps each way, then 3 sets of squats and finished with leg extensions until i was cramping, haha
