FOLLIDRONE 2.0

Enjoy FD2 brother. You will definitely reap the benefits of whatever goal you have.

Thanks man! I'm going to hold off for now seeing as I just started back in the gym after a super long hiatus. So the plan is to recomp and increase weights, save the FD2 for when I start to stall in the gym. Probably in another 8 weeks or so.

Yah def have some carbs on hand at least for the first week or 2 until fd2 gets loaded. It takes a bit once things stabilize some guys can go low carb with no issues.

Yea I personally do 2 preworkout and 1 later in the day. Been doing minimal carbs for a few weeks now with no issues whatsoever.

Either they didn't send me the right fit or that picture is a different fit, but I'm definitely not happy with the one I received today.

Why?
The shirts that went out are the same as in the picture. There are not different batches.
We sent you most likely the size you ordered. Is it too small or too large?

Honestly the shirts fit just right in my humble opinion. Great quality with a sick ass logo.

I do think they run a little large in the body. The upper body looks great on me but the body portion is a ballon lol. It’s just my shape however. Love the shirt. I just tuck it in the back and it’s ok.

I know the usual run is 8-12 weeks, but I've heard and read of people taking this for months on end. How long can you actually run FD2 for before you get diminished returns?

I know a guy that ran 6 bottles in a row before he thought he started to stall and needed a break.
I have heard of guys that take this like a multivitamin.

Personally I have never taken it for more than 12 weeks. but I try to cycle almost everything.

I bought 4 bottles during the nutriverse 20% off sale (which I think is going on again right now), so I’m stocked up with at least 16 weeks and planning on pushing past that. I’ve done 12 a couple times in the past.

What kind of results/benefits have you noticed from the longer runs?

I have never ran FD2 past 12 weeks. For me week 4-5 I start to see the muscle growth (Fullness).Week 7-8 my muscle starts to show more shape / detail (less bulky) after 12 weeks I look pretty good.
FD2 Works best for me with a higher carb diet. This is another reason it is one of my all time favorites.
Note: I have never had success with taking FD2 on a cut. note I'm not much of a cutter. I'm one of those guys if I cut my carbs too much I can't get through a good workout.

I'm just addicted to lifting and at my age I'm not going to be asked to model underwear.

I am on day 88 of my most recent run of FD2, i am noticing body composition improving more since starting the 3rd bottle. i have another 5 so may stay on for 8 months straight this time. or have a break of around 1 month after 5 months continuous use / 20 weeks before starting again.

I think I remember you messing around and going up to as much as 6 caps a day...what did you end up deciding to stick with? I usually take the normal 3 a day but sometimes bump to 4. Not sure if worth pushing it higher.

I remember the same. In for the answer as well. Will be running some again here soon.

What were your most noteable benefits from your previous FD2 runs?

I did notice better fat loss when running it high last year, but overall i find 3 caps to work well enough in allowing for me to keep adding more muscle mass and keeping fat gain at a minimum when bulking, i find it worked great last year in allowing for me to maintain quite a lot of muscle after a PCT and also in a PSMF cut, i also had testosterone levels checked and they were very low so i feel FD2 worked to allow for muscle mass to be maintained and fat to be lost despite having sub par Testosterone levels.

What were your most noteable benefits from your previous FD2 runs?

I would have to say the increased muscle pumps, endurance and ability to recomp or lose fat faster, i find i have to really increase food consumption and carbs in general otherwise i start losing weight and cutting easily, when i stop using it i notice it more difficult to keep pushing higher reps on most movements and i do not have the same muscle fullness, vascularity and pumps.

A large portion of FD2 users run it year round because the benefits tend to be consistent.
Meaning if you are using it fat loss is improved, endurance is improved, protein synthesis is improved.
And, this tends to be more successful long term. For example, which sounds more successful.
1. Improved muscle growth and fat loss 4 weeks.
2. Improved muscle growth and fat loss 4 months.

If you remember my run with this last year prior to me getting a beta cell transplant. I was/am a type 1 diabetic and fd2 allowed me to consume more carbohydrates with less exogenous insulin. My endo was also very surprised as he believed this may have had a similar effect on my body that the insulin did.
I had a few others at the clinic try it as well and they had similar results.

I absolutely love this product as it really did help me tighten up and overall I gained 9 pounds.

I have recently started taking supplements again and my first purchase was 12 bottles of FD2.

I do remember. It was through you that I realized just how strong FD2s glucose effects were.
Ive since given this stuff to a bunch of diabetics I know or have been referred to and its been able to help alot of people.
9lbs is really good for something natural, with health benefits and 0 suppression.

I can't wait for your new anabolic... FD2 is and will be the foundation of my supplementation protocol going forward.

So are you saying that FD2 could be a daily staple supplement? With the effects just getting better trhe longer you take it?

Yes. Its a staple for quite a few folks on this forum - including me. Works great while on cycle too. After about a year, the effects for me did not seem to get better - but I bet I would be ahead of my identical twin in a number of ways - if he was not taking fd2. I consider like the best vitamin I have and nothing comes close to it. Fd2 plus ksm66 each day is a great simple stack. I have been using it since it came out - and missed about 6 months all together.

Very interesting...What are your most noteable benefits from FD2?

I would say not that the effects get better but that it takes time for the actions of the product to show their highest level results. Just like with a steroid or fat burner etc etc. The longer you take it, effects dont get stronger but they stay consistent so results are more.

So in theory (With the right diet and exercise) if you gained 2 lean Ibs in the first month with FD2, you could replicate those gains for each and every month that you took it?
Whereas with a stimulant based fat burner the results become less profound the longer you take it, or you have to increase the dosage because your body can/could build up a tolerance to the stimulant(s).

Exactly.
Or lets say it gives you xxx% performance boost and xxx% muscle growth boost and xxx% fat loss.
Over time this xxx% leads to vastly greater gains than without FD2.

How do you dose it for the best GDA/NP effects?

Exactly.

So continuous and consistent gains without having to increase the dosages?

I dose 2 fd2 with my pre-workout meal and I use intra-workout aminos mixed with carbs (waxy maize). Fd2 gives me wicked endurance so the carbs before and during workout are necessary. I dose the other cap sometime later. I have dosed from 2 -8 caps a day and for at least two week trials and I find 3 caps works very well and is cost effective. Don't be afraid to eat on fd2 - so yes continuous and consistent gains if you fuel those gains. Allot of folks are afraid to eat and then complain they don't get gains lol....with fd2, I find the gains are mainly muscle - much more so than anything else out their.

I usually fasted and run on a pretty low carb diet, ingesting the majority of my carbs (50g-100g) with my evening meal. Would it be a bad idea to take all three caps before/with my carbs and evening meal?

FD2 will reduce blood sugar, so two pre-workout fasted and without intra-workout carbs does not work out well for nearly everyone. Taking two pre-workout is more related to the workout effect than the GDA effect. So if training fasted, I think its important to get at least 1 cap in pre-workout. Keep in mind that many guys that are running a diet like you have no problems running 1 cap pre-workout - but some do. I would take another cap before your evening meal and one a couple / few hours after. FD2 seems to act more like an all day GDA - I have an all day pump - instead of a shorter term more pronounced pump that I would get from a 'real GDA'.

I don't see it. I see $95 for two bottles (old FD2 bottle) and $48 a single new bottle.

Check out our xmas/new years sale in the supplement deals section here oN AM, has all the info. Sale expires in 4 days and blr isn't a line we typically have on sale so I always encourage folks to stock up when blr is 20% off, don't forget AM5 too ;)

Anyone with firsthand knowledge of the effects on BP whilst consumING FD2? Mines a tad high and certainly dont want anything that'll raise it.

I have not had high BP in any consistent point in life. Slight elevations here and there from anxiety. While using FD2.0 on two separate cycles I noticed a reduction that stayed consistent and it complemented my work capacity.

I think 1cap x3 daily will give the most consistent GDA effects.

yes
