FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

Yeah that example stinks lol. Og follidrone has been out less than 3 years and 2.0 less than a year I think or maybe around a year. Im not sure an optimal dosing scheme has been discovered yet. There are plenty of members who have bumped it up to 4-5 caps a day and seem to be getting good results. I'm personally going to be trying that as well.
I always took 3 per day including 2 pre workout but I've 2 bottles from Nutriverse on the way so I'm gonna do 2 pre workout a.m. and 2 split throughout afternoon and evening
 
I will say that you dont need more epicatechin.

There is as much in FD2 as was used in any study.
There is a super stout absorption package so youll absorb more than was absorbed in studies.
One study indicates that there is a saturation point with epicatechin. So you can utilize it to a point and then there is diminishing returns.


FD2 was designed to give you the full benefits of epi plus the full benefits of ecklonia, flos carth, quercetin (which when not bonded to niacin is pretty much worthless)

You can of course take another epi product with it but there is no need.
Better to take other things that are not included in the FD2 in my opinion. But....like Todd said, lots of guys like higher doses of epi and FD2.
Give it a shot since you have it handy. Its certainly not gonna hurt and there are other things in that product.
 
Just took the plunge and bought my second bottle. Gone down from 77kg to 74.5kg so far. Also bought anafuse to stack it with. Lots of epicat but im sure both will work well together :-)

I love hearing that you have lost 2.5kg = 5.5lbs.

I know....8megapixel photos are WAY too large for the net where alot of stuff is shrunk down as far as possible.
I wonder how much total % youll have dropped at the end of your fd2 use.
 
Itll be a blessing if i can get to 13-14% on a dexa. Ill get another dexa done in 2 weeks time and up it to 4-5 caps a day from here

You CAN for 100% certain do this. Fact.

Energy intake goal: 2300 cal/day
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 200g
Fats: 80g

Breakfast:
1 Scoop Whey (152 cal)
3 whole eggs (208 cal)
Apple (62 cal)
6g Fish Oil
70g oats (257 cal)

Work snack:
20g almonds or brazil nuts (106 cal)
20g Walnuts (140 cal)

Lunch:
200g turkey breast or veal (185cal)
Mixed veg: brocolli, snowpeas or greenbeans

Pre workout meal (when I get home)
200g lean white fish (barramundi) or Kangaroo fillets (212cal)
130g basmati rice (458 cal)
EVOO (162 cal)
Mixed vegies

Post workout meal:
1 Scoop whey (152 cal)
2 small bananas (171cal)

Training: weights and cardio. Cardio is 2 x week 15mins HIIT. Run of 14-15 for 30 seconds then walk for 1.5 mins. rinse repeat till 15 mins is up.

Weight training is:

Day 1
Deadlift variant 5x3-5 wave loaded (suggested: low block deadlift or rack DL just below knees; or trap bar DL or other comparable equivalent if needed)
Transverse lunges
Goblet squats
Ab exercise resisting movement (pallof press, plank, or similar)
Upper body BB rep range focus Row variations and shoulder exercises (75% compound, 25% single-joint)

Day 2
BBBP type variant (2-3 weeks of focus then rotate - between a rack pin press starting from the pins, a floor press, a BB style bench press - having about 3 exercises to rotate) 3x5
More horizontal pulling (rowing) volume, more strength range than BB rep range
Dips 3-5 sets with higher reps, bodyweight only
Pull-up/chin-up variants (probably multiple variants within each session, something like 3x5 pyramid up and then a bodyweight higher rep set)


Day 3
BB front or back Squats 3-5x5 followed by 1-2x15-20
Transverse reverse lunges
Step-ups onto various height surfaces (no-cheat method - lift toes of back leg)
Ab exercise BB full contact twist

History of steroid or ph use?


My thoughts are if your not losing as much as you like=
you could lower the carbs. Or carb cycle. For example
1 day normal carbs
1 day med/low carb
1 day close to 0 carb. Just what you get from veggies etc. No rice or oatmeal etc.
This is what works best for me personally. I can drop 20lbs of fat in a month like this so long as I do a bit of cardio.

Second thought is maybe add an AI like Letrone.
Your test levels will rise and youll lose water weight and fat comes off faster with less estrogen.

Id also do cardio more often if your goal is to cut.
If you dont want to do the Hiit more you can just do some time on the stairclimber or something. I do slow reps nice and deep with a toe raise at the end.
My calves have grown considerably since employing this tech.

If adding these ^^ things doesnt make a difference nothing will ;)

I started at 86kg about 9 months ago. Got out of a 5 year relo about 3 months ago (was circa 83kg then) and results have been phenominal since then. Focused, training regular and not dealing with daily negatively. After the break up decided to a var and dhea cycle and messed me up so jumped off that after 3 weeks..its been about 1.5 months since that. Going well naturally. Previously was 80kg @12% when using just test.
 
Did exotherm for a month and ran aromasin for about 1.5 months. Think ill stay away from AIs for a bit. After this run i will probably add viron and letrone in and see where it gets me.

Thanks bro. I really do appreciate you saying this. I dont think anyone deserves to be insulted for asking questions. We are all just people living our lives. This is also a place of learning. Most guys are here to ask questions and learn about performance and physique enhancement, diet, training, supps etc etc.
The forum begins to die when we have a bunch of aholes badgering everyone who asks a question or doesnt know something. We want a place where someone can feel comfortable asking whatever they need to know without judgement or criticism.

The second is one of the places where I really differ from the vast majority of supplement brands.
Its not about money. (not my first priority) I could make crap(cheap) products and funnel every dollar into marketing and I could likely be 10x-20x more successful profitwise. But I funnel everything into R&D so my products are strong and innovative. This way you guys really get great products that work from us instead of wasting your money on basically nothing. I make less, the brand is small but I feel good about the products I make knowing you guys will really benefit from them.

Sounds like your on the right track. I think you can easily get to your goal if you stay focused.
The lack of daily negativity goes a long way. Less cortisol.
Oftentimes a breakup can be a strong motivating factor. Use the drive to better yourself and steer clear of dangerous choices like the var cycle. The goal is to just feel better as quickly as possible. Ive been there but it is often harmful when we are in this state.
Youll be to your goal and with another sig other before you know it. These things change like the weather.

Me being all natty and lifting for 35 years I have tried and spent my hard earned money on a lot of supplements. Very few show results.
FD2 is one of the top 3 supplements I have ever taken! and one of them isn't on the market any longer. (Turned out to not be so natural)

As I have stated before: 8 weeks on FD2 semi clean diet at best. dropped 2% BF and gained 2 pounds. wish I knew this was going to work this well, I would have taken before and after picks.
I know of 6 guys at the gym that have or are still taking it and everyone loves it. 3 guys are gear guys. there was one guy that didnt think he noticed anything. note he is already like 7% BF and we noticed the gain in muscle but he didnt think he saw it.

Also people that follow my logs know I shoot strait!
I will probably log this in a few months, after I log something that was given to me.

Also my 15yr. old daughter is taking it. I did take pre picks. we will see how it goes.she puts in the gym work with me and is in off season softball conditioning at school. She is 3 weeks in and lost 2 pounds (Note she is 5"1" and weighed 125 when she started.)
She also is still just a 15 year old girl that got like 3 bags of chocolates from grandma for Christmas and has eaten it all.
Note: I would never stop taking FD2 if I could afford it. but the daughter is spending that money for me at this time! lol

Thats awesome that your daughter is taking it!
I only know of a handful of women taking it but the results have been great. 2lbs of fat for someone that size is alot and you can really notice it.
Its also nice to see some steroid users seeing results from it. When you get used to steroid cycle results its hard to get excited about a few lbs of fat loss and a few lbs of muscle. Its likely that the 7% guy is running a far deal of AAS. Its hard to gauge things when your body is already running in the red.

Looking good bro! I would suggest the FD2 with Letrone.
Exotherm is a great fat burner as well (could be employed) but the AI effects of the letrone are much stronger so for guys like us over 40 the AI really makes a huge difference.

Are you on testosterone replacement therapy?

No TRT. 3 year ago I told my Dr. I wanted him to put me on it. My total test was around 550 and he told me that I didn't need it plus I was still banging 3-4 times a week and he was like you don't need it, now get out of here. Now he won't even test me. I think I need to lie to him, but sex life is still good.
Thought about going to one of those men's clinics but the wife told me I didn't need it, I just wanted to get on it to build more muscle. Plus I'm kind of cheap. lol

If you ever do get another test make sure to test FREE test. This is the part thats important. You can have a total of 900 but if free is 7 you really only have 7 available.
If you feel strong though and libido is good your probably fine.

Just came off a SARM/PH cycle...can I jump straight into FD2? Many thanks brother.

You can take FD2 whenever you want yes. Youll notice it more when your HPTA isnt suppressed but it will still be a great boost during PCT.
Lots of guys run it with their PCT to help maintain gains and reduce the perceived drop in strength and endurance from the PH./DS
 
There are tons of online photo editors for free probably if you google around youll likely find one.

Previously I've taken bulk Epicatechin powder at 500mg split up per day (with bioperine and green tea extract). I experience slightly better pumps, fuller muscles and increased sweating, however the effects last for maybe 2-3 weeks before fading and I have to cycle off for a couple weeks.

Unfortunately Follidrone has been the exact same way, I got similar positive effects for a few weeks and then faded out. However a major downside is when taken preworkout I'd usually have poor workouts possibly due to low blood sugar? I dunno, but I like bulk epi preworkout and I have to take Folli after I workout to get around that issue, which sucks big time.

So while I think folli has an impressive ingredient profile, I'll just stick to cycling my bulk epi since I feel it does the same for me, plus I can take a pre-workout with no issues.

Was already discussed on this thread that some people get a bit hypo taking it pre workout fasted and the simplest way around that is sipping on a carb drink intra workout, it helps with a productive session, fd2 beats any epi product hands down as it's far more than simply just epi

Yeah I figured that's what was happening since I generally train 1-2 hours after I eat.
I don't like training with intra workouts drinks, I've been workout out for 22 years and tried everything out there and my best workouts are on a somewhat empty stomach.

And I get that it's much more than plain epi, but none of that matters if the positive effects aren't any better nor last more than a few weeks... which for me, does not.

If you feel lethargic or not up to speed when taking FD2 its from low blood sugar.
This is why I have been recommending eating with it. Or if you dont eat before the gym drink an intraworkout mix.

I add 25g waxy maize, 10g BCAA, 10g leucine, and 10g coconut water extract to my gal of water I take to the gym.
The pumps are insane. Without Im tired and flatish. With Im fully charged and the pumps are sick.

Empty stomach for 2hrs and training on Fd2 is generally a bad idea.
I realize you have lots of experience and prefer not to use an intra workout mix but........I can tell you for 100% certain youll have a totally different experience.
And you wont experience any of the normal negatives of using a fast acting carb because GLUT 4 is so high and insulin sensitivity is high.
 
I've experienced the hypo symptoms occasionally, and I find that an intra workout drink with carbs generally doesn't help much. A small snack like a banana or cereal bar seems to do the trick nicely though.

I suspect part of this is due to the fact that I typically workout on a fairly empty stomach, generally 2.5-3 hours after my last meal. My last few workouts I have experimented with taking fd2 with a banana about 15 minutes before my workout, and have had no issues this way. I have dropped down to 1 cap preworkout as opposed to 2, I suspect that is likely helping as well.
 
Yes it is quite annoying the hair growth, I get my hair cut every 2 weeks and it normally looks ok after 13 days.... but now after 8 days it looks so messy and over grown lol.
 
I'm on day 5 of my first bottle of follidrone. Workouts already seem to be getting better. My question is I wake up early and work out before work. I take 2 capsules before my workout, what would the ideal time be to take my 3rd capsule? Thanks in advance.
