I need to get some more. my wife used my 3rd bottle up. she liked it at 2 per day. she only weighs 115 lbs. now my 15 year old daughter is asking about it. brundel said women can take it. I think he said his daughters take it.
 
Probably going to give my wife some. Building a cycle for her natty so when I start mine in Feb. We can start at the same time.

This is going to co$t. Lol.

Anybody with greying hair notice a reduction in grey hairs? I had some grey hair coming in on my sides. Lately it seems there is less grey than there was before but maybe it's just wishful thinking.

I shave mine, so I haven't noticed. most of my gray is on the sides, and it all gets shaved off every 2 days ;)

Seems like alot of people mentioning hair growth. I wonder if it effects color.

Now that you mention it. I started turning grey in my early 30's (i'm talking like almost full grey) I have been using something called grecian formula that is not a die for 20 + years. I keep a little grey and it makes it look natural, he ll I'm old enough to pull it off now! I noticed I use it a lot less often. and its been awhile since I did my 8 weeks of FD2.

this log has really made me relies things that have happened that I wasn't really aware of.
besides the 2% drop in body fat and adding 2lbs. to my weight in 8 weeks and ate only semi clean and my abs came thru really nice. I did get nice wood and my hair doesn't grey as fast. no telling what else I have forgotten?

I have to say this is the best supplement I have taken in my life and with 30+ years of natural lifting I have taken a lot.

Just saving up the bucks and hope some sales come for black friday. I need to buy a sh it pile of it. my wife and daughter wants to try as well.

The other stuff is in the works. I have been working on this forever. Its hard when your the owner to be satisfied with something. Or maybe its just me. But Im just never happy with the logo or labels etc. Previously I just designed a label specifically for each product. Not at all cohesive or consistent. This is going to change. Everything will be super clean and consistent design across the brand.

Any issues with taking a probiotic along with FD2 in the morning?

Yeah very interested as well. I've been for a year now on Ep1c Unleashed caps/TD and I've read so much about Folli 2.0 so I'm thinking it's time for a change.

Im interested to see what you think when you use FD2.
There are some huge changes compared to an epicatechin only product.
 
I'm still going strong on FD2 but would there be any contradictions in ingredients stacking with OL or1gin?

And is there why benefit to dosing over 3 caps per day?

I haven't found a better deal yet if anyone does please share! I will do the same. I'll probably pick up 4-6 bottles. Wish I never stopped last run as it's great stuff.

Yes...more of the same result is achieved. I have been dosing 4-6 caps for about 5 months now. On higher carb days, I use more caps....
 
I've been using 5-6 caps for a little over week or maybe 2 weeks with kcal far above maintenance and have received 3 comments about looking like I lost weight or just leaner.
 
I'm going to start dosing it 2-1-2-1. 2 caps 6am, 1 cap 11am, 2 caps 6pm preworkout, 1 cap 11pm pre bed. Should keep levels nice and elevated.

Its amazing to think that your FAR above caloric maintenance and looking leaner ;)
I wonder if you ate even more what would happen? I know Pauls brother gained like 17lbs or something crazy.

lol Yeah but I'm not sure I can afford to run this at this dose for much longer. Maybe another 2 weeks to see what's possible but I've also added a few new things so my results will be skewed.

I'm wondering if this supplement is based on weight for the ideal dosage. I honestly didn't see much after 3 months at 3 caps but once I stepped it up to 4 and up, things started happening. For the record, I weigh 241 this morning.
 
So I bought some piperine to take alongside my curcumin to aid in absorption. Would there be any benefit to taking 10-20mg bioperine with my follidrone doses?

Don't think that would be necessary for FD2. Already has the absorption package included.
