FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

Interesting findings. I've been on 3 per day for 6 weeks, and have just started to up my dose to 4-5 per day and consuming more carbs. My conclusion based on previous users has been we build up to the higher doses with few or no sides. I only had some joint issues in the very beginning, and didn't even attribute them to FD2.0 per se.

No joint issues moving forward, and my cut seems to have turned into something else. I'm seeing recomping effects, as my waist is reducing, while I'm gaining muscularity, and definition. I'm really enjoying the process, and will stay on FD2.0 for the foreseeable future, no matter what additional ancillary I choose to cycle on. That's another question for another discussion however, and not until February / March, so I will be seeking suggestions by seasoned vets.

Its great to see more guys upping the dose and upping the cals and carbs. This is part of what makes Follidrone 2.0 so unique and so great. You can eat more than maintenance and lose fat while gaining muscle. Do you know of anything, literally anything, not an anabolic steroid that can do this? I cant think of any products that seem to deliver this for the vast majority of users. Its effects are far greater than I had anticipated.
 
I eat the majority of my carbs in a meal about 1-1.5 hours preworkout. Would it be best to do my 2 cap dose before the meal, with the meal or post meal about 30 mins pre workout?

For larger carb meals, I dose 20-30 minutes before. 20, if I'm really hungry! lol. That's why my pre-workout routine so early in the am is long, but worth it
 
Dosing 30 minutes pre meal puts the dose about 2 hours away from the start of my workout. Is that optimal or would dosing it closer to the workout be more optimal?

I usually eat some oatmeal about 1 to 1.5 hrs. before I work out and took 2ea. with my pre-work out drink. I never had any Hypo issues. I have taken them before eating, while eating and after if I forgot and always had great results.
Dont really know how much it matters. Just tried to take them as brundel suggest. 1am and 2 pre-workout I work out in the evenings and on off days Just spread out 1ea. Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner.

Can women take FD2? My daughter is 16 and big into cross-fit and is wanting to cut up a little.
She is pretty strict with her diet. at least at home (the wife is pretty good at cooking healthy)

Yes Follidrone 2 is great for women. 0 hormonal effects.
My girl loves it.

Why not use a full rom in the exercises?

I suspect that if I had slowly built up to the higher dose I too would have zero issues. Live and learn....

I don't think this has anything to do with joint pain. Building up slowly helps with the gastro sides, but does nothing to help with joint pain.
 
Sweet thanks! what would the dose be @ 115lbs. she is only 5ft. tall.

Based on her weight and since she wants to cut a bit, I recommend 2 caps per day. 1 before, with or after the main meals. If she gets comfortable with that...she could try 3 caps, but if cutting I recommend she take them with food. It's difficult to lose scale weight on FD2, but she will get leaner ...no question about it.

Thanks brother. She doesn't care about weight at this point. She weighed and the gym last night and up to 121! I asked her what she had been eating she said too much candy left over from Halloween. she told me she weight 115 over a month ago.

With regards to the ROM. Look at his pull ups and look at the close grips. He is using the back to pull the weight which limits the ROM if you want to keep the muscle engaged. This is how most should be performing pull ups IMO. You pull with your lats not your arms. Full ROM is good for some things and not for others. If I pull with my back and follow a full ROM my lats disengage and other muscles take over. Instead I pull with the lat and only use the ROM that keeps the muscle engaged and then follow with other exercises for the other muscles. Muscle building is about time under tension.

Just got 2 new bottles of fd2. Acetone(nail polish remover) aroma is less intense this time. Did you guys change the way you mix it or something?
 
Def nothing has changed. I think heat may have played a role. It was mid summer when those bottles were shipping. May have caused the ingredients to perspire a bit and breathe for lack of better terms.
Either way nothing is different. If it smells less offensive fantastic :)

Nope. Nothing changed. Works just the same. Just not as strong an acetone smell. I actually kinda liked it after awhile.
 
This one outa left field - I have a nail that disappeared about 15 years ago and just sorta scabbed over. After using FD2 for long periods of time since it came out - it has now grown back completely! Freakey!

There are some studies that imply it should increase hair growth. Not sure about nails but its certainly possible.

Not just possible brundel it's definite,was the same on my first run when FD2 was launched. My nails are in a bad state but grow thick and shiny on FD2 and hair definitely grows faster also

I should give it a try, keep the same training and the same diet, and notice, at the end of the second bottle, if no follidrone2.0, my body improves or worsens.
unfortunately I do not have the courage and time to do it, then I will buy a third bottle!

I did 2 bottles and it's been about 5 weeks and I have kept my size and weight but have gained 2 % body fat already. I have eatin a little two much Halloween candy��
 
I've made lean gains, dropped fat and just finished my second bottle. I can't say 8 weeks because I started dosing more recently.
