FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

My vote is run for however long is financially possible. Even if you want to stagger the dosage amount, better to constantly be on

For the next month Aug and Sep i will prob stick to 4 caps per day then lower to 3 caps for 2-3 months before increasing dose again.

Off topic of FD2 but do any of you notice when cutting / reducing body-fat bottoms/underneath of feet become uncomfortable when walking around barefoot or just wearing socks.

My understanding of myostatin is that it is one of the body's mechanisms to inhibit tumor growth. Is long term suppression of myostatin a good thing, or could it potentially fck a guy up?

Many of the things we target for muscle growth couple be construed this way.
IGF-1
HGH
Myostatin
mTOR
etc
etc
etc
Each can play a role in cancer growth but this is assuming you have cancer currently in which case its probably not a good idea to take anything that decreases myostatin or increases igf-1 or angiogenesis etc.

Doesnt mean your gonna get cancer from myo inhibition though. If so they probably wouldnt be studying myostatin inhibitors for sarcopenia treatment.
I think so long as your healthy its not a concern.
If your a cancer patient for sure avoid myo inhibitors or anything frankly that increases a growth factor.

Never thought about it but now that you mention it yeah it happens every time I cut/reduce cals to around maintenance for a while. Strange. Anyone know why?

It's because you have less body fat under your feet when cutting or very low BF. It can be very painful for some people during competition due to this. As soon as they carb back up and add some BF it goes away again.

I find just walking around house i need to wear something e.g. thicker socks or slippers lol, due to the uncomfortable pain mainly on back of feet and heels.

Problem solved my friend.

That can definitely happen with fat loss. Also, as we age, we naturally lose some of the fat pad on our feet and become more sensitive to the floor.

I think it's the water that is lost ...
and not fat!

A bit 'as in the face, it becomes skinny!

I understand that dosing 2 caps pre wo is great for pumps but would there be a benefit to dosing 3 caps spread out if I wanted to better utilize the nutrient partitioning and myostatin inhibiting effects of FD2?

I was wondering that too. Has anyone tried skipping a dose pre workout to determine if pre workout dosing is even necessary? Perhaps these ingredients have the sought after effects after it builds in the system and thus can just be taken throughout the day without regard to workout timing.

Laid off supplements for 3 days, feet are not as sore, will slowly start up again.

Am considering adding this to my current cut n run.

Invictus / VII-KT

CARDARINE currently off the table. Thoughts?

Bump for any thoughts on this.

Off topic of FD2 but how is other anabolic product and pre coming along, also is there an eta on the reformulation of incinderine as i was hoping to use it with exotherm during my current summer cut.

I have so many irons in the fire its hard to determine.
I research ingredients constantly but I like to use novel and exotic ingredients. Once I find one it takes months to run through all the needed processes to bring an unused ingredient to market. Its a HUGE pain in the ass. BUt its worth it.

I bet it is a pain in the A**. but that's why you make the big bucks! I know I appreciate your hard work. The FD2 has worked very well for me. being up there a little in age I cant take stimulants or other compounds to help cut.

I miss Follidrone2.0 :((((
I've already ordered two jars :))))))))))) , I will follow in November and December, together to Alphamax xt.
For now follow Ara + Tr1umph (September and October)

I was wondering if you can follow Follidrone2.0 for more than two months, if the answer is yes, up to how long?

You should be able to take it for as long as you can afford

Anyone notice clicking joints when on a long run of FD or any epicatechin product?

I have been having shoulders and knees click more, but could be the exotherm which i have been using at 4 pumps per day, also no joint discomfort from using both products combined.

I lowered my exo dose to 3ed and got rid of most of my joint aches. I had it up 2 doses 3x ed which really dried me out. I think 3 is the sweet spot (at least for me) to benefit without rhe aches

Hey All,
I haven't been real vocal as of late with my use of FD2. As most of you know I'm a diabetic who was using this supplement with rather good results. I have been off of FD2 for almost a month and have noticed some very interesting things. My vascularity has decreased a bit, my fasting blood sugar has remained stable at around 93 and I really haven't noticed a drop off in endurance yet. I really like this product as it has helped me drop the basal insulin from my daily routine, I do still take mealtime insulin. I can only imagine my results if I had a normally operational pancreas.... My triglycerides have remained stable, my HDL, LDL and my total cholesterol are all within healthy limits as well.
I do want to publicly thank Brundel for a job well done with this product.

that would be my understanding as well. But maybe brundel could explain it better ;)

Yes the myostatin inhibition would assist on cycle. The body will always seek homeostasis. So, after 6-8 weeks on cycle (right when things really start getting good) the bodies levels of myostatin shoots up to prevent abnormal muscle growth caused by the AAS. Follidrone will of course help blunt this and in turn extend the optimal growth period.

So like 4-6 weeks in to an 8 week run would be great to add FD2 and then just keep on through pct?

Yeah I'm running a LGD cycle and am going to be adding Folli for this reason... Seems most people think it's a "waste" to run a natty anabolic whilst on cycle. One question I have is does Folli affect BP? I've had some sides from Epiandro (which I'm also running) and didn't know if dosing the 2 together pre-workout would get me dizzy..

Last time I ran Folli, I felt like sh1t.. I think I was going hypo and didn't realize it at the time. So, would you switch up the Folli dosing protocol if you were stacking it with a PH/DS/AAS?

Question from a female over here... Was referred to try Follidrone to help with my last 5-10 lbs fat. 26 years old, 5'7'' 140 lbs. Lifting 5 days a week. 23% BF. I have a sore knee (currently in PT for it).

What would I take for the joint issues with this if any?
Stomach issues?
Can I take a non-stimulant fat burner along with this?

Currently taking:
PES Norcodrene + Shift, Alphamine prior to work out
PES High Volume
Fish Oil
1800 Calories 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs

Anything else you need to know ask! :silly:

Personally I don't think you'd need another fat burner if you're already taking Norcodrene, shift, and Alphamine. Plenty of fat burning potential there. Adding more would not be worth it IMO. Your diet is going to be the real determining factor here. If you're maintaining your current weight @ 1800 calories, try decreasing them slightly.

With Follidrone 2.0, I notice clicking joints and digits (fingers and toes). This may all be coincidence though, although it seems to occur while on Epicatechin products. It is not the same type of joint pain I get when running an AI. Hopefully others can chime in on this. If you decrease your calories and add Follidrone, I think you'll be pleased with the results

I will be out of my PES cutting stack in a few weeks and was going to just incorporate Follidrone ONLY. Thoughts on that?

Would you suggest Taurine for joint supp? :)

If you find taurine helpful then run it because it's cheap enough.

Follidrone by itself is great if your diet is in check. Decrease your calories slightly, drink a ton of water, and the Follidrone should definitely help.
