FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

Yeah I'm running a LGD cycle and am going to be adding Folli for this reason... Seems most people think it's a "waste" to run a natty anabolic whilst on cycle. One question I have is does Folli affect BP? I've had some sides from Epiandro (which I'm also running) and didn't know if dosing the 2 together pre-workout would get me dizzy..

Last time I ran Folli, I felt like sh1t.. I think I was going hypo and didn't realize it at the time. So, would you switch up the Folli dosing protocol if you were stacking it with a PH/DS/AAS?

Hmm..it does appear that alot of people experience hypoglycemia to some degree when taking Follidrone2.
My suggestion is to-
1. eat with the dose.
2. Sip on carbs and aminos during training= intraworkout nutrition. This will also aid in pump and muscle growth and performance.

FD2 if anything will have a positive effect on BP as it is a vasodilator and ace inhibitor both of which are used to treat hypertension.
 
Question from a female over here... Was referred to try Follidrone to help with my last 5-10 lbs fat. 26 years old, 5'7'' 140 lbs. Lifting 5 days a week. 23% BF. I have a sore knee (currently in PT for it).

What would I take for the joint issues with this if any?
Stomach issues?
Can I take a non-stimulant fat burner along with this?

Currently taking:
PES Norcodrene + Shift, Alphamine prior to work out
PES High Volume
Fish Oil
1800 Calories 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs

Yes can take both non stim or stim based fat burners with FD2.
I wouldnt expect any joint pain or stomach issues. Most people have no issues or light passing issues.

I agree.
Drop cals by 10% and continue with the FD2. INcrease cardio slightly as well.
Stay hydrated. min 3/4 of a gal daily water intake.
If you want you CAN add any fat burners you want as non interact negatively with FD2.

Any powerlifter using this? Any tips to get enough calories? I cannot seem to eat enough on this product, loosing some weight , for the first time in my life I have seen my abs. But I cannot afford to loose weight, please dont jump on me but **** visible abs:).I cannot really asses strength as I have not trained properly in months due to injury. Other opinions on strength when on this product are welcome. Also , is it bad to take it with meals? 1 with the main one and one with an meal 1h PWO. Will this weaken the gains?

I can't see any reason why a power lifter can't use this. The endurance and strength increases should definitely help
over time.

If you are losing weight, its not muscle, its just fat. the Ecklonia Kava has that effect. It has the ability to cut fat and
add muscle at the same time.

If your losing weight, most likely you are eating at maintenance calories. i would suggest try to eat an additional
500 calories per day. Make a high calories smoothie, possibly something like this..

2 - 3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 scoops are your favorite whey protein
8 to 12 ounces of Almond Milk or Whole Milk
4 ounces of greek yogurt
1 whole banana

This should get you close to 500 clean calories.

FD2 can definitely be taken with meals or food. And for some, it is definitely recommended, because it can
have a Hypo effect and lower blood sugar. So definitely taking it with some carbs will help.

FD2 will not weaken gains. Most people have increased strength even while cutting.

As said before I cannot asses strength due to injury but I look much more leaner( curse me but I hate that:) ), it is really hard for me to get the needed calories, even with FD2 my apetite is not what I expected and I am dropping weight, for me less weight=less strength, I am at a pretty advanced level so the principle cut and gain strength will not work for me..

I also had a difficult time getting in enough calories with fd2. Especially @6/day. I went through the same thing as you, looking in the mirror and looking leaner like I'm loosing too much weight and size BUT, I get on the scale and see I'm up 1-2lbs lol. Did that twice. Have you jumped on the scale yet friend? You may be pleasantly surprised that you look leaner but put on some muscle. FD2 is freakin awesome. Do as suggested and make yourself a whole food weight gainer shake to up your cals as needed.
 
I feel FD2 is working good at preventing muscle loss whilst i am running PSMF, i am now on day 11 of this new type of diet, days 3-5 were worst now energy levels are somewhat better, i have lost some strength on squats in my second week and bench-press, around 2-5 kilos of each exersize, i find my weight loss is odd e.g. 1 week i could be down 6lbs and then the other up 1.25 or 0.75lbs then last week was down 3.25lbs. it seems to be updating every 2 weeks but this could be due to water fluctuations i am consuming around 8 litres of fluids / water per day.
 
The strength should come back if you keep pushing it and stick with fd2. Felt a little weaker at the beginning but eventually the strength increase kicked in.

That's happened to me too. Same weight, but feel smaller and leaner.
 
I chart my weights and reps each workout and all but my shoulders have gone up consistently every workout. (note: currently have a bad left shoulder but getting better)
Fat down 2%, weight up 2lb. after almost 6 weeks. Very effective for leaning out without stims.
I'm very please with FD2!
 
I'm on a reverse diet, my carbohydrates are rising from week to week!
I miss Follidrone2.0, would help me even more.
Prework use ARA, in short, when I am a bit 'more saturated, it should give strength and vascularized.
Follidrone2.0 the first dose immediately gave me vascularized, and resistance !!!
I'm missing for this reason!

FD 2.0 and Endur3+ make for some of the best gym sessions I've had. Try this combo and you'll see what I'm talking about

One of my friends is taking it and hes a world record holding powerlifter. He and his wife both take it regularly.
I think the deal is just going to be trying to get in some extra cals. Look at it like this.....most likely your losing some fat but muscle is either staying the same or increasing. So if you increase cals, along with the Follidrone 2 which is significantly anabolic and increases protein synthesis and glucose uptake into muscles you WILL see an increase in muscle growth. This then = more strength once you get back to training.

I like the suggestions already mentioned.
A shake with some protein and fats in it is easy to get down.

6lbs of muscle is incredible for something natural. ESPECIALLY in 6 weeks.

I agree, this is why I only have good things to say about it. actually down to 206lb. was at 204 when I started.(was on a low carb diet for 30 days and lost 4lbs.) I hated the low carb diet was tough to get through my workouts, doing a modified HST workout that gets up to 2-1/2 hours long, on the low carb diet it took over 3 hrs. With FD2 I can eat to semi bulk (High Protein, High Carb with no sweets, like ice cream that I love) and still shred some fat!
Come November I usually let my diet be High Protein and about anything I want with in a little moderation (with the holidays and all) and bulk up to about 220-225. Too old to worry too much about diet year round. plus my wife is kind of a health food freak and keeps me some what honest with my diet. She is 10 years younger and is in great shape and sometimes pushes me to go to the gym for cardio only on my days off. which I hate!

Just got another bottle on order. Don't want to stop after 8 weeks. Thinking about stacking some of your other products over the winter.

Yes, you should be right, weight increased slightly but bodyfat went considerably down, as said, I am seeing my abs for the first time.
Would really like tot test my strength but have to wait one more month:(.
Great product, thinking of going some more months but somewhat afraid that it will mess up my drug-tests, though it should not as a natty compound.

Yes, I know, but they (IPF-strictest rules) are also testing for follistatine and myostatine, so I dont know, are you sure that endogenous (produced by the body) factors are not counting?

Im 100% sure your Follistatin levels will be elevated and myostatin reduced but I doubt the use of Follidrone2 is prohibited.
I would ask someone involved. Technically lots of things reduce myostatin including running and if I recall correctly creatine might lower myostatin.

So I think of concern is specifically injected Follistatin.

Anyone played around with the dosage? Or is 3 a day still recommended? Was thinking about going 2x2 on workout days and 1x2 on non workout days. Just to see if it makes a difference on workout performance.

you can definitely play around with dosing if you can afford to.

I know paul56778 dosed all the way up to 6 caps and he can probably tell you how it was vs 3
 
3 caps works very well and we have tons of validated testing done at this dose.
Above that I cant tell you it works better or worse or otherwise. Might work alot better. Might not. Can always try :)
 
I double dosed for a week and got really hungry for carbs. I did notice bg lowering by almost double over the recommended dosage.

How long after an osta/Sparta lean cycle of 8 weeks would it be safe to start follidrone up? Or since its natty is it safe to jump right into it with my pct.

3 caps is already a beast. But....I've been liking 2/2. 2 pre and other 2 spread apart.

that was my favorite as well..

Workout Days: 1 cap AM + 2 caps PWO + 1 cap PM (4 total)

Non Workout Days: 1 cap AM + 1 cap at lunch + 1 cap PM (3 total)

Recommended to space it out throughout the day.

Seeing my workout is early in the day I think taking one at night was a good time.
 
Ecklonia is said to help with erections and asthma/allergies, has anyone noticed benefits (or none) in these areas?

I used 3 bottles and had the hardest, and longest lasting erections I think I've ever had. I'm 52 and that thing wanted to keep going, even after she was long worn out. I've been off almost 3 weeks and notice a major difference. :(
 
One study compared ecklonia extract to viagra and ecklonia won lol.
Id wonder about this but lots of guys are mentioning this effect.
not sure if its the ACE inhibition or what.
 
I have not had any improvement in my asthma.

Erections I am not sure about either, I think it probably depends what time its taken
