Played round with this stuff pretty intensely mid last year when my Ulcerative colitis was flaring, pretty decent anti inflammatory at high doses of fucoidan.

Lots of people use ARA and epicatechin with good results and epicatechin is also a super strong anti inflammatory agent.
Im not a fan of using ara anyways because well inflammation causes tons of disease states but if you were to use it perhaps this would counter some of its negative effects.

With regards to COX inhibition. I found one study that makes it look like the devil but this was not repeated in human trials.
Here is a clip from an article written by Brad schoenfeld PHD.
The studies on rats and mice seem highly convincing. But what about humans? Well, an initial human trial appeared to confirm these results.
A research team headed by Dr. Todd Trappe back in 2002 found that non-selective NSAIDs taken after a bout of supramaximal eccentric exercise blunted protein synthesis by 50% to 75%. This seemed to be the final nail in the NSAID coffin; all evidence pointed to the drugs impairing muscle development.
But a funny thing happened. Follow-up human trials failed to replicate the initial human findings. Studies on both young and elderly subjects using selective and non-selective COX inhibitors alike showed no differences in protein synthesis (4, 11, 15).
If these findings aren't confusing enough, consider that several recent studies have investigated the long-term effects of NSAID administration on muscle growth in humans. None of these studies found a negative effect on muscle hypertrophy (8, 14, 20).
In fact, one of them showed that NSAIDs actually increased muscle hypertrophy by approximately 50% (20). You heard right, the group popping painkillers doubled their muscular gains!

And sorry, so what I understand is that a bottle lasts 30 days but does your response also mean that it should only be run for 30 days at a time before being cycled or can it be used longer. Just trying to figure out how many bottles to buy!

No by all means run it full steam ahead. No need to cycle. So far we have 10 guys who have been running some form of this product for at least a year without break. Similar to epicatechin many of the benefits remain so long as you continue to take the product.
Also because its not a steroid, PH, or any kind of hormone, and because there are no negative effects you can safely run it without stopping year round.
No PCT because there is no HPTA suppression.
The increase in anabolism increased fat loss potential, increased glucose uptake and IGF-1 and all the benefits listed will continue to work.
I have been taking some form of this stuff for about a year.
Lots of interesting things have happened as a result. Incredible stuff.

Dang dude wish i had the money to try this stuff out. Sounds awesome. Ive never tried epicatichen. I had a guy at my local supp shop try to sell it to me saying it was a sarm. Turned me off of that place, buying supps from a guy who doesnt know what hes talking about. I dont think so.

There was a study where Ecklonia cava extract was studied compared to viagra and beat viagra in every count.
Including erection.
With regards to taking it before sex Im not certain but its worth giving a test drive

VERY good ingredient for sure. Quercetin is fantastic stuff if you inject it. Orally though not so much. Bonded to niacin on the other hand it becomes orally available and works amazingly well. Great for bronchodilation and vasodilation and increased VO2 Max. Plus it increases the absorption of epicatechin a ton!
Plus all the benefits of niacin like elevated HDL and vasodilation.

Well DIETING of any kind is contra indicated if your trying to build muscle. You cant expect to grow if your starving.
/ fasting or on a keto diet. Caloric surplus is needed to really build muscle. You will eventually lose the anabolic/ catabolic tug of war.
Now youll likely have a much better result with the FD2 considering its ability to keep the anabolic window open and increased glycogen uptake and myostatin inhibition and ACE inhibition and activin a inhibition etc etc etc. So you will retain more when dieting for sure.
But I suggest caloric surplus when adding muscle and caloric deficit when cutting.

Thanks for reply, i think i will place an order for this and use it to transition out of my current cut and into a bulk by adding a surplus of 300-500Kcals, and adding in carbs slowly week by week post workout / back loading.

After obesity was induced by high fat diet, the mice were administered ECPE by gavage for 5days/12weeks. ECPE supplementation reduced body weight gain, adipose tissue mass, plasma lipid profiles, hepatic fat deposition, insulin resistance, and the plasma leptin/adiponectin ratio derived from HFD induced obesity. Moreover, ECPE supplementation selectively ameliorated hepatic protein levels associated with lipogenesis, inflammation and the antioxidant defense system as well as activation of AMPK and SIRT1. I dont think anyone really looked at it for this purpose. There are studies proving it increases muscle mass and burns fat extremely well.
But look at it like this....EVERYTHING at one point or another was unknown so while its just now being used as an anabolic this is likely because nobody thought they could make money selling it for this so it was overlooked.
Plus....Im very good at finding new, amazingly good ingredients.

Plasmin is an enzyme that dissolves fibrin, the substance that helps blood form clots. ECE was found to inhibit anti-plasmin, and kept blood from forming clots 40 to 200 times better than standard medicines (Flufenamate and Chloramine T). ECE keeps your blood thin, but not too thin.
This is a very important point, because the viscosity of your blood, according to functional physicians, is the determining factor in cardiovascular events and stroke. ECE can keep you heart attack and stroke free.

Bit of a coincidence, I was in email communication just today with nando speranza who has patented the pure extract and owner of eckloniacava.com and i asked him why swansons have 2 versions on sale. One is full spectrum 400mg caps and the other is 53mg caps. You would assume that the 400mg caps would be the best but he told me and I quote ''
As per your inquiry, the 400/mg product is called Seanol and consists of 13% ecklonia cava and 87% dextrin. The 53/mg product is pure 99% ecklonia cava.*''
Seems a lot of this stuff is loaded with fillers and underdosed but that website has lab results,research pages and to my knowledge is the original sellers (ford speranza). Here's hoping the ec in the new Follidrone is the real deal quality extract cos I'm gonna hop on it very soon.

Yes the 53mg one is 98.8% with 15% polyphenols and phlorotannins only issue is you need a lot more than 53mg. But at 7$ a bottle you can buy 3 of them and have more than enough for a month supply
