Since my current logs have dwindled back down to one, I felt the need to get another one rolling, more for personal entertainment than anything.

I have been having some very severe gut problems as of late, and I am looking for anything to save me. After a few reputable references from other members, I have resorted to Gut Health by Genomyx. I have been taking it 4 days now, exactly as directed on the bottle. I only ordered one but hopefully Nutra surprises me with some sales soon. It's pretty cheap regardless.
I am mainly concerned that I am losing nutrients in my current state, thus the reason for wanting some sort of supplemental help here.

Let's see how this treats me!
 
Sorry to hear about your bogged down bowels man...I knew I should have trademarked 'schizm' when I had the chance...now you're deficated all over it for all to see....oh well, appears to be for a good cause...pls don't post stool pics though...or I'm out! :disappointed:

*Schizm is capitalized when referring to the person (i.e. proper noun).

So anyways guys, I am on the maintenance dose protocol now. It said to double up the first 5 days and then take single servings.
I haven't really had any GI discomfort the last few days. I'm hoping its this, and that I have found my solution, rather than maybe I'm just having a good week.

Also, I've pretty much stopped drinking sugar free Monsters now and that has brought my Tums consumption down considerably.
 
I took a couple very healthy Christmas schizms the other day.
I am now on one cap a day as stated above. Things have been going great!

What is there dosing protocol?
Taking more than one a day?
Double up on bad food days?
Would really like to know this stuff, and what works for people.

I double up the day after I drink. Also, if someone in the family is sick I'll throw in a random double cap day. Other than that, nothing but the maintenance.

I've been doing 1 cap about half way thru the day with one of my bigger meals. Some days I do take two if my stomach is feeling irregular.
But the one cap a day after the preload period seems to be doing the trick. Have another bottle on the way...
Do any other Gut Health fans have a preferred dosing time?
 
I also still am running this, after my logging op I just never stopped.
I can drink protein powder again and I don't bloat from too much meat. And I feel better overall.


I dose mine at night though before I sleep. I heard that the stomach is more "accepting" of this at night. It could be total bs though.
