Only down part of today is I decided to measure my arms and they haven't grown even a quarter inch lol.
They're exactly the same size they were a year ago. And I've done 4 cycles since then!
I'ma have to blast em in pct.

My buddy is eating 5k a day to grow. I am hitting around 3500 but I have stopped gaining weight. I think you just need more. Drink oil. BLACK OIL!
 
Lol I'm getting so damn paranoid man...already was scarfing down 5k on lift days...now I'm at 6...the more my abs disappear the more work I'm gonna have to do this spring :(

hehe, dang... How low is your fat? ANd how is your digestion? You might want bump something up.... lol. I find that at this level of caloric intake my body just cant digest food fast enough (already slow) so I think I might have to get some calories through my old means... (Coconut milk/oil).
The brown rice is running havoc in my body...
 
My bf% is slowly creeping up to 12, it was high 10 two weeks ago.
Digestion is great but I can't tell you how much of it my body actually accepts lol ;)
Maybe should up the protein.
Shakes between meals....

Dude that is some epic dead lifts, your eating like a monster for sure. I couldn't stomch that many calories a day. Glad things went better for you.

Nice job tearing it up on the deads brother! making me look like a whimp! My cycle is JUST really kicking in in the gym... so hopefully my deads will start jumping the way my DB press is.

Thing is about the arms... you gotta work on your tris JUST as much as your bis... thats honestly where most the size comes from on your arms.

My biceps are HUGE, just my triceps SUCK. So my arm size is small.. ; ; But they look damn impressive. haha.

And I've never ran Phyto Test.
And JD hooked me up with some Formula X. If the DAA starts f'ing with me I will probably switch to the patch.

I have a feeling we run everything at double.... I actually am running Gut health at x2 dose, cabergolean at 1.5x (one upon rising, preworkout, and pre bed), Glycobol I run at like 8 caps a day... at least. Main reason I am going to get some N2Slin. I can't really feel Glycobol working... my muscles... dont feel pumped after I eat like AP and SS did for me ; ;.

I loved Phyto and SA that brings the libido back crazy for me. Haven't tried Formula X yet cause DAA tends to kill me sometimes.

First thing I did at the gym was step on the scale.
Weight: 219
ALMOST BACK TO 220! Let's see if I can get it ;)

Flat DB press:
60x10, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x12 (I still feel like this should be going up)

Bent over BB rows:
135x10, 165x5, 185x5, 215x5. Back was feeling reallllly tight down low, I honestly couldn't do any more rows because it was too painful. I think I need a good stretch...

Various different grip pullups:
4 setsxfailure with bodyweight. Last set was neutral grip and I focused my BI's alot on this.

Hack squats:
90x5, 180x5, 225x5, 270x5, 315x5

Weighted bench dips (hands on one bench, feet on the other, ATG):
55lbs x 18, 55x14

Vbar pressdowns:
100x12, strip, 80x12, strip, 60x10, strip, 50x8, strip, 40x6

All done.
I think my strength could have been better today had I not gotten so beat up at work. Missed some macros for lunch (midnight) cuz I was so busy so I made up for it around 2-3 with a good 1200 calorie chicken/pasta/alfredo meal.

I am very happy with my weight!!!!

If your goal is to be as strong as trapp Mann, quit lifting. Unless you only work out your biceps.

Yeah man. Don't get me wrong, the rent assistance is nice, but now it's ruining my life. I am pretty sure my cortisol levels have been soaring for the last few months.

I don't know how I made it through the day on 1 hour of sleep, but I can tell you I really felt that jolt of adrenaline shortly after each dose of P-Bold today.

Incline DB press:
50x10, 60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 90x12

Pullups (various grips):
Bodyweightx20, 45x8, 35x6, 25x5, strip it off and finished the lats off with bodyweightx5 slow controlled reps

Biceps are really pumped at this point....

Bodyweight dips:
20, 25, 18, 15 (lockout and squeeze on the last 5 reps)

Now the triceps are pumped!!

Close grip tricep pressdown strip set:
90x10, 70x10, 50x7, 40x6

Run the rack on hammer curls:
45x12, 40x10, 30x10

Shoulder height 21's on the cable cross:
40x7 standing straight, 40x7 bent over, 40x7 leaning forward

So done! The pump tonight was probably the best pump I've ever had. I snapped some pics for my girlfriend, maybe I will upload a pec shot here after I crop out my boxers lol.
