I mean the cool thing about it it seems like you could always be on....
I mean I'm not going to like I to be on something...
We can all make some huge gains with 6 week cycles but there's a lot of variables in that 6 weeks.
I mean I like the idea of pulsing. I may actually have to pick me up a bottle of epistane and give it a go...

Guess the only downside to that as well is that "you're always on"....


What's the feedback as of late anyhow Spurdough stated he leaned up on it, will it give u any size strength or mass gains?
I've also said some people feel no sides & others have hell.
 
On epistane I gained over 10lbs and continued to gain through pct....

Sad to hear about the updates, interested to see what happens the next few days man. Sometimes cycles are just over, i noticed it on a cycle of D-Plex by week 4 and halfish the gains just weren't there for me, so bam it was PCT time.
 
I wouldn't just end it. I would stay for the while cycle length you planned an try to solidify gains.

We are both on midnights right now then. You work and then go to the gym then? I found that I'm so drained by the time I leave work it would be very hard to head into the gym at that time, although I do want to try it out.
 
Maybe I drank a whole bottle of it and I'm still in the gym.....

I am just the opposite lol. I can't get myself into the gym before a night shift. Maybe I've just worked myself into that mind set. But going to the gym before work just goes against the grain of my "morning" routine. The fact there is a gym on the way out to the gate at my work makes it a lot easier to go to, and the stims certainly play a big part lol.

Yea that makes sense man, by the time I pick my son up from daycare and get home its rough trying to get motivated to hit the gym.

I'm stacking Trenavar with Trenazone with Dienedrone, this is a bridge into an Epi/Havoc Stack
 
Yeah I'm taking 60mg of super-drol along side 40mg of epi, 75mg of hdrol goes down the hatch 1 hour before I lift, and I also got some p-mag I pop when I first wake up 50mg with my AnaBeta ;)

Just lethargic as hell.

I've heard the epi/havoc stack is great. Your cycle should be at least 18 weeks to see any real results though :)
 
Just about done in the gym. I felt great, strong, amped, til I started lifting the weights. Not happy with any of my lifts today. Strength seems way down today.

Sounds like emergency pct! That sucks that strength plummeted man! So hope that doesn't happen when I drop Mdrol tomorrow!

I know what you're saying. Last night I forced myself to go the gym. I thought it was going to be a not so good time haha.
Turner out pretty good for not feeling well. I felt stronger too. I came home and was sick though...

So moral of the story don't get discouraged at least u gave it all you have.
 
Don't get discouraged my friend, if you got to emergency PCT i'd say do it. But sometimes we hit slumps or maybe its just me. Hope things turn around for you or just do an epic PCT.
 
Workin on it...gonna stick this cycle out. I have a high metabolism, so if I up the cals for another 10 days (finish up the last bottle) I am hoping to see more weight gain.
As for strength...I'm torn between decisions. Deload and stay with 5x5? Or change to a more volume oriented program............

I was gonna ask about the diet/cals for that day. That usually has a huge effect on my training. But this is a new PH see it could be the compound has been played out. Let's see how things go the next few days.
 
My cals were actually higher than normal yesterday. Everything about yesterday felt spot on til I hit the gym lol.
Didn't have time to hit legs so I am hitting those in 5 hours...gonna see how those feel. Hoping for gainz ville!

Stick with the 5x5 but don't add weight. I don't think making strength gains in pct is really doable. But then again... I am. :p. I just feel like crap all day. Well that's a lie. I feel like a normal person everyday... Not a damn beast.
 
I have nothing but good things to report to you guys today :)
Yesterday? FUK YESTERDAY! It's behind me. We won't bring it up anymore lol. Today gave me the motivation I needed!

Dead lifts:
155x10, 185x5, 215x5, 245x5, 295x7! I could've squeezed the 8th out but trust me 7 was plenty lol.

DB clean and press:
25x10, 35x12, 35x10, 35x10, bounce press out 5 more reps, drop to 25's and bounce out 8 more.

Seated leg extensions:
Didn't get a look at the weights...But I started with the full stack for 12 reps, then treated it as a strip set and dropped 3 plates every time til I got to quarter stack, when I was only able to get it 5 times I whimpered and fell out the side of the machine lol.

All done :)

Calories today were even higher...I'm already close to 1k higher than yesterday and I still have a 700 cal meal to go.

Weight: 218

I am now at 12mL a day of the P Bold, and have 10 days left.

I think I will take a day off and jump back into the full body 5x5. Didn't have time yesterday to fit it all in so that's why I split it up like this.
Also plan on only hitting chest twice a week now and am considering sticking with DB's only for chest. We'll see....

Let's get that strength back up!
 
OH and just in case you were wondering, my deadlift has gone from 265 as my 5RM (technically 7RM) on my heavy set to 295x7 in the course of 4 different deadlift days I believe.
Here's to 305 next week. My poor poor back lol.
