Just took my last 2 ml of the day. Dosing like this:
3 mL with first meal, 2 mL with lunch, 3 mL with preworkout meal, 2 mL with last meal.

I wasn't really hungry for my preworkout meal...had bad heartburn and felt full, so all I ate was a piece of wheat bread with natty pb, and an apple.

Lifts....

Flat bench:
145x10, 165x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5

Bent over v-bar cable rows:
Didn't keep track of weight here..just kept moving the pin down the stack in a 5x5 style til I got to my 5th set with only two plates left on the floor. Got an awesome pump here.

Deadlifts:
145x10, 185x5, 205x5, 235x5, 275x7 Guess I'll hit 285 on tuesday, pretty happy with this.

Neutral grip pullups, squeezing biceps at the top, keeping tension and not completely bottoming out.
2xfailure

Cable cross shoulder height 21's, SQUEEEEEZE those pecs!
1 set
Rested 20 seconds, dropped a plate, hit 10 more very slow squeezed reps.
Felt really good today!!!

Weight: 217

Pretty happy that I'm at 217 after a couple days of sleeping in and probably only 2500 calories (whoops). Swing shift just screws everything up!!!
Still, up at least 7 pounds ;)

p.s. did I say 10mL????
 
Nice weight on bench and deads! I always sleep in when I can and it always ****s up how much food I can eat since the day is so short lol

Yeah lol, I try and make up for it and then I just end up being that idiot that's up at midnight cooking himself a steak while his girlfriend passed out in bed waiting for him. Girls are crazy.

I am glad I'm still gaining too, hoping it was just my diet today that's screwing with me or maybe these new jeans but I feel like I put on 5% bf on my stomach over night. Feels very uncomfortable... And it's making me upset!

I doubt you put in 5% lol maybe 5% on all your lifts.

Crazy gains had to back read all the progress and the new plan. Looks like you got it all mapped out my friend, 10 should be interesting to say the least. Liking all the PR's being broken always a great feeling. Still 7 pounds up, all good stuff. Keep up the good work.

So today I had a theory...maybe my feeling like crap and feeling fat and dry heaving in the gym for whatever reason was due to 5 weeks of carb overload??
I decided not to eat as many carbs per meal, and one of my meals was simply two grilled 6 oz ribeye steaks, had this the meal before my preworkout meal. So what happened after I ate that ~650 calorie steak meal? I was still hungry...this is sticking with me, I think I might use this as a means of getting in extra calories time to time without the extra carbs.
I got kinda tired after that, but I didn't feel like crap. Then I had 30 grams carbs with my preworkout meal, and I hit the gym not feeling bloated or gross.
On top of that, I only had 1 serving of my preworkout today, which is never enough to keep me going, but I also threw in a squirt of Mio Energy (60mg caffeine) and I got through the workout feeling energetic and great without feeling stimmed out, and I wasn't falling asleep on the way home due to crashing off a stim overload.
So basically I am still getting all my macro's and still supplementing similarly, but I am taking a slightly different approach to it to leverage my results.


Today's lifts:
Standing DB curls:
30x15, 30x15, 40x10, 50x12, 50x10, 40x10, 40x8

Supersetting these with
Standing overhead DB extensions:
40x12, 50x12, 60x12, 65x12, 65x12, 65x8, 60x10

VERY narrow grip Preacher curls:
95x10, 85x10, 85x8

Superset with
Single arm cable tricep extensions (SQUEEZE!!!!):
40x15, 40x12, 40x12, 40x10+2 cheater reps

Superset with
Seated ab curls machine:
90x18, 90x15, 45x20

Strip set shrugs on smith (failure, strip, failure, etc etc):
255x15, 235x12, 215x12, 195x12
235x12, 215x12, 195x12, 105x20

Standing cable curls (rope attachement):
100x15, 90x12, 80x12

DONE

Weighed in at 216, let's see what 10mL does for me!
 
Taking it easy on the carbs I see now huh?

How much did u decrease your carbs by?
 
Today I cut out about 100 grams of carbs. I might try more tomorrow, and the following day I don't have to work so I can actually plan my diet a little better, might try out zero carbs or as close to it as possible, and see if I look any better in the mirror the next day. If not, well fuk it I'm going back up to full carbs lol.
BTW I just saw my inbox and I got like 10 pm's from u and they all look the same haha...AM was f'in up hardcore yesterday!!!

I know I had 572g of carbs today.

If I would started working out 5 years ago when I was 150lbs and eat like I do now and hit the weights I would be golden.
 
Ok I don't have time to post it tonight cuz I'm laying down for bed now but basically protein/carbs/fat ratio is 30/50/20, may be a little different some days but that is what I try and stick to and occasionally cheat with pizza or something.

OH, and on workout days I'm around 5000 calories

That's not bad.
They say the optimal ratio is 45/35/20 carbs carrying the 45% and fats the lowest... Almost close to the zone diet.
Today I had damn near 4700 cals... It was an off day too...
2-3 gainer shakes make up some of that.
That AndroMass & M-stak has me hungry mane.

LOL.... thats my marriage in a nutshell... lol...

But shes working right now and Im not for another 4 months... so I take advantage of it and stay up a lot, night time cooking gets here lunch made for the next day though too ;)

Haha so true my wife and I are on completely different schedules i work evening shift and she's a morning shift person so we have opposite sleep patterns you usually see me up late and her complaining i'm too loud when i play video games lol.

LOL..its funny you say that..Lucky for me the ol' lady could sleep through anything. Theres been a couple nights playing the ol xbox on line getting my arse kick and me yelling..then realizing shes sleeping
 
Ok finally I have some time to update!
I wasn't feeling the greatest physically Tuesday so I pushed my lift til Wednesday.

Dosed 10mL yesterday and my workout looked like this:

Flat smith press:
145x10, 165x5, 195x5, 225x5, 245x7 (kept it lower...just wasn't feeling strong in my chest today)

Seated wide grip lat pulldown:
100x10, 120x5, 140x5, 160x5, 180x5

Deadlifts:
145x7, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5, 285x10

Pretty astounded by the deads PR. Last week I only made 275x7, I was expecting to die but I just kept going!
Not that much weight but I'm glad I'm getting stronger in my lower body lifts. I neglected them for too long.

My back, a$$, legs, forearms, traps, abs, FEET, and hands are all feeling it today.

I tried to get some pullups done at the end but I didn't have enough strength left in my grip lol.

Ready for tomorrow!
 
thats some good reppage for that weight! I would def be feelin it in my grip as well!

Never tried...might have to test it on one of my last days on cycle.
Kind of afraid I'll fuk myself up in the middle of a cycle and waste it lol.
 
Awesome deads man. I suck at deadlifting for higher reps. I remember when I was getting ready to pull 500, and I would try to do reps of 315 and once I got to like 5-6 I was gassed

The 285 was only meant to be 5 reps since I'm doing 5x5, I wasn't expecting high reps at all lol.

See, I would love to do that....but adding an extra 3-4 weeks is going to interfere with my plans for my next big cycle (which may be 12 weeks) so it was kind of a coin flip decision.

You've got the best of both worlds in your run ;)

Educate me on this^^ I thought Tren was more of a strength increaser as opposed to a size gainer?
 
I have always been interested in Tren because of its non-methylation but, at my age strength isn't a priority anymore.
