Just took my last 2 ml of the day. Dosing like this:
3 mL with first meal, 2 mL with lunch, 3 mL with preworkout meal, 2 mL with last meal.
I wasn't really hungry for my preworkout meal...had bad heartburn and felt full, so all I ate was a piece of wheat bread with natty pb, and an apple.
Lifts....
Flat bench:
145x10, 165x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5
Bent over v-bar cable rows:
Didn't keep track of weight here..just kept moving the pin down the stack in a 5x5 style til I got to my 5th set with only two plates left on the floor. Got an awesome pump here.
Deadlifts:
145x10, 185x5, 205x5, 235x5, 275x7 Guess I'll hit 285 on tuesday, pretty happy with this.
Neutral grip pullups, squeezing biceps at the top, keeping tension and not completely bottoming out.

Cable cross shoulder height 21's, SQUEEEEEZE those pecs!

Rested 20 seconds, dropped a plate, hit 10 more very slow squeezed reps.
Felt really good today!!!
Weight: 217
Pretty happy that I'm at 217 after a couple days of sleeping in and probably only 2500 calories (whoops). Swing shift just screws everything up!!!
Still, up at least 7 pounds
