FL3X bastes his beef in PCT with Muscle Marinade and D-Pol (sponsored)

Last night I finally got my deads in, I was overdue lol.

Seated DB overhead press:
40x10, 50x10, 60x12, 60x10, 60x10

Dead lifts:
135x10, 135x5, 185x10, 205x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x6 (gains in PCT that's what I like!)

DB clean and press:
45x12, 45x10, 45x10, 45x8 (bounced out 3 press reps on the end of every set)

That's all I had in me, almost puked!

Took the D-Pol half hour before I hit the gym, really felt a pump in my shoulders.

Had no issues falling asleep with 1.5 scoops of Muscle Marinade.
In regards to recovery...the boys seem heavy and large, and I have morning wood, hell yeah :)

subbed, ill catch up later. i start PCT in 2 days, running very similar PCT. I did get the ok to run Recycle along with the Dpol and MM we won. looking foward to a good log here.

you guys get loose or hard stool after bulk DAA, im curious i thought people we getting stomach pains and such? i've been pretty backed up but also really high protein intake with little carbs.

I am pretty sure I am gluten intolerant, so I end up with loose stools every day anyways, but I definitely feel like taking DAA powder makes it worse. It's not pleasant lol.

I get stomach problems really easy but daa bulk doesnt bother me, always thought that was interesting.

My stomach and entire digestive track is a big disappointment... I used to be able to eat almost anything... now I find I am gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, casein intolerant, DAA intolerant, brown rice intolerant (Sprouting from the gluten thing, grains are destroying me..). I can eat white rice but the brown stuff makes me bleed...

I ran bulk for only 3 or 4 days.

Yeah...this sounds like me to a T now dude, except bleeding from the A-hole by the end of the day, and not the stomach.
I need to see a doctor I think.

Sad part is most docs aren't even versed in dealing with this... it's a gluten -> Transglutamaese cascade that causes the gut permeability. Most docs will just say... hmm... you got blockage, or you look inflamed, here's some drugs that might work but give you heart problems... Docs took xrays of me and said I was having IBS symptoms because I don't drink enough water. As if 2.5 gallons a day wasn't enough. Plus my veggie intake was superb lol. Told the doc exactly what I was eating and he said I'm eating too much protein. Eat more starch he said....

You see a GI specialist? Did they only do xray? or CT with oral/IV contrast(which is what you need). IBS i a catchall, like "we're not sure what this is". Did they mention maybe colonoscopy- yes they suck. Having a colectomy due to missing something serious, that sucks more

Ah yes. Two updates. Been a bit busy guys. But I have been taking the D-Pol every day still. Almost missed yesterday but I got it in.

I hit chest a few days ago. I wanted to do more but I've come down with a cold and it was just torture being there, so I figure it was best to split my workouts up a little for the time being.

Incline DB press:
55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x5, 95x10 (should've been 12!!!!!)

Bye bye gym...lol. Like I said, bad day for the gym.

The following day, I hit arms.

Standing BB curls:
95x10, 95x10, 95x10, 95x10

BW dips:
25, 25, 23

Standing DB curls:
45x12, 45x10, 40x12, 40x10

Lying tricep extensions:
95x12, 95x10, 95x10, 95x8

Arms were blown the F up after this workout!!!! Still felt like sh!t but not as bad.
I am feeling much better today, kinda dehydrated though so I have been trying to slam as much water as the tap pours out.

Stay classy.
 
Hi-reps just make my biceps so SWOLE I cant bend them enough to take my shirt off! I hate asking some other guy in the locker room to help me take it off . . . a little AWKWARD.

I can see that with you lol.
I have actually ruined a couple nice workout shirts thanks to the whole pump thing. That's why I make my cutoffs with huge arm holes lol. Can just slip right out of it.

Dang you have huge biceps.... I've never broke my workout shirts before... I've broke my Ipod arm band though lol.

I've ripped the pits on a couple but most of the time I just end up stretching the hell outta the back trying to get the damn thing off lol. They ain't that big bro, the delts help the sleeves fit tighter though.
 
Worst was trying to get a tshirt off me after doing kickboxing and that shirt would be plastered to my skin. That's only way I would stretch the hell out of tshirts.

Short and frustrating update for you all today.

Got to the gym feeling pretty good. Drank my pre about ten minutes before the gym so I had a little bit for it to kick in.
I sign in and walk to the free weights....only to find a bunch of people I've never seen there. This is my employee gym, and there are a lot of snobs with more power than me there, so it's hard to be a dick head to people but boy did I want to. Today was supposed to be a hardcore chest/back day. Every mother fcking free weight bench was being occupied by IDIOTS. The dip bars were being occupied by more idiots doing kettlebell/leg raise circuits. The only option left was the smith machine that was free.
Oh wait, it wasn't free. Because some IDIOTS were using it as a lying pull up machine. And on their off periods they were doing fcking SIT UPS and DB SQUATS inside it!!!!!
I stood there and stared at all these IDIOTS in disbelief for about ten minutes. Then a friend came up and said "where have YOU been lately" to which I loudly replied "at gyms that I can actually get something done in."
Well, I was pissed, and long story short I wasn't going to waste a workout day. So I removed the step from the assisted dip/pullup machine and did bodyweight pullups and dips, 5 sets to failure. It only took me ten minutes.
The idiots were still all there being idiots.
I started feeling sick, not exercise induced nausea, but it felt more like the Muscle Marinade was messing with my stomach. It was actually bothering me so bad that I couldn't even take a sip of my BCAA's and I ended up having to take my shirt off and lay on my stomach on a bench in the locker room for about 5 minutes. I gave up, and the whole drive home felt like I was going to throw up.
I am sitting here trying to drink my protein shake close to an hour later and still am not feeling so hot. I think I should probably just go throw up.
Fcking frustrating man. Dunno what the hell the deal is today.
My diet was actually way cleaner today than usual.

On the bright side, still holding steady at 218 pounds 2 weeks into PCT. Balls still hanging low. Everything in that aspect is great.

That is so irritating man! BTW I know exactly what feeling you had, I get it quite often from a few different PWO's. I get light headed, sudden cold sweat, sick to the stomach. It is the reason I didn't take PWO's for the first year and a half of going to the gym. Good to hear PCT is going good though man, keep killing it! PR's in PCT is the new motto!

MM has given me a bit of nausia too but usually after ive done some pretty heavy lifts or really high reps. Def only when i over exert myself, didnt you say you sometimes take more than one scoop too?

I have taken a scoop and a half a couple times and the only difference I saw would probably be nausea lol. I wasn't overly stimmed out, same as usual.
 
I am gonna get a thorough update in in the morning guys. Been pretty busy but I have been consistently taking the d-pol and always a scoop of MM before the gym. Had a couple lifts since my last update.
 
I had a 45 minute session a few days ago of just deads and abs.
I was working on form and ended up doing a lot of sets with higher reps.
I went up to 225 max for 12 reps, and used that weight for 7 sets, and completed 3 sets prior to that with 195.
By the end of that, my ass, hamstrings, lower back, and forearms were not only on fire but freakin PUMPED. I did decline crunches, and leg raises for abs, but I think the deads already had them pretty toasted.

Didn't get that morning workout in yesterday, ended up leaving work early because I wasn't feeling well.

Got it in this morning though. After a 12 hour shift at work I had a nearly 3 hour meeting to discuss a bunch of future changes at work. So didn't hit the gym til 9am, had already been up for 16 hours. Took my pre and it managed to get me through half hour of benching and pushups.
I picked a weight I could do 10 reps of, did it 6, rested 20 seconds, did 5 pushups, repeat, until I hit 45 total reps on bench.

Chest is still sore....

I do feel it is providing the test boost I need for post cycle recovery. My muscles feel pretty full most days and my aggression is still noticeably higher than normal.
I am pretty convinced that it is giving me a boost in libido too.
The nolva always does a good job of filling the boys back up, but never really dose much for me as far as libido. The D-Pol is shining in this department :)
 
Well guys, my absence from the gym has really shown tonight.
I finally had a good workout, first one in a week or so where I didn't feel like I was going to throw up or my stomach didn't feel like absolute sh!t.

I slept all day because I am on night shift, ate a MRP bar, and an hour later I dosed the D-Pol and MM and hit the gym half hour later.

Incline DB press:
55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x5, 90x8 (About where I was mid cycle. Kinda frustrated but I have some reasons for this weight decrease: hadn't had many carbs yet, hadn't had a quality chest day in a week, and hey...I'm in PCT lol)

After my fifth set I jumped straight into a set of pushups til failure, with my toes propped up on a bench and my face going to the ground.

Seated wide grap lat pulldowns:
80x5, 100x5, 120x5, 150x5, 170x8

Went straight into a set of wide grip BW pullups til failure after this


OK, normally with my 5x5 split I would hit another workout, but my lungs felt like they were deflating....WAY out of shape from my week of bad lifts :( I had nothing left in me and I think the best bet here is to come back tomorrow for legs and shoulders.

This log is almost to an end and I am pretty happy with the results I have seen so far. The D-Pol's DAA has really kept my strength and aggression high, hell I even hit a few PR's early on, and the nitrates have definitely been proving their pump!

definitely interested in trying this out now. I usually use bulk DAA, but this is a more refined product that would be nice to run in between bulk runs.
 
Well I've gotten a couple workouts in since my last update.

Saturday....
Took 1.5 scoops of MM this time. I am pretty sure if I hadn't gone all out on legs I might have been a little cracked out lol, not gonna lie.
I am also pretty sure that the 1.5 scoops is the only thing that got me through all of this workout ;)
Took the D-Pol half hour before like always. Got a great pump in my lower back and hams.

Deadlifts:
135x10, 175x5, 195x5, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10

Squats:
175x5, 185x5, 225x10, 225x10, 245x10

Lying ham curls:
90x10, 90x10, 120x10, 120x8
 
Tonight's workout........

Flat DB press:
60x10, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x9 (and a half lol)

Seated wide grip lat pulldowns:
160x10, 170x10, 180x10, 200x8

Superset this with 5 reps one arm pullups each arm (yeah...I had to hold onto my arm for support lol. Not that tough)

Then a set of neutral grip pullups, 5 reps

Standing BB curls:
85x10, 85x10, 85x8

Close grip tricep pressdowns:
130x10, 140x18, 150x12, 150x10

Got an awesome pump from this!!!!

My chest wasn't as strong today, haven't really been hittin it that hard lately, haven't been feeling the greatest for some unknown issues happening with my stomach, but I've still been trying to kill it in the gym.
ALSO, wanted to mention I haven't been using any nolva for the past week, just strictly the D-Pol. I know some people are wondering how I can differentiate between the two's affects. Well being pretty experienced with both, I know what I am looking for, and this last week was great. Libido was strong, the boys were feeling full, aggression high, temper short, alpha male in full gear!!!


And this concludes my fun with Muscle Marinade and D-Pol.
I will try and get my final review up tomorrow, if work is too busy then it will be Thursday.
