Your lats are wide enough, but I think you're neglecting the other 4 major muscle groups: head, shoulders, knees & toes. Let's focus on those for a while & see if we can't bring out some separation, hmm? Your big toes aren't even noticeable in that picture. That's not gonna cut it.
Shoulders are in the works man. Trying to round out my delts real nice. .. As far as head, it's unreasonably large. You'd had to see it in real life to appreciate if. Knees and toes eh, how do I fix those? Lol.

Your going to hit your goal for for sureNice upper body lift, has me feeling the love today. Have a few aches and pains so I didn't go crazy heavy. Just enough to burn energy, get a pump and give the muscles something to respond too. Feeling pretty good my bodyfat is dropping and I am looking leaner and tighter every day.

My energy was crap on tvar. Now that I'm on the non converting kind it's pathetic. It kicks my ass. Lethargy is brutal. I did those giant sets last night. I was soaked. 5 minutes after I got to the gym. It's impressive. When I get breathing heavy I feel like I inhaled bong water is the best way I can describe it.
Bro day+ calves abs and cardio. FML I feel the on setting DOMS already. In true procrastinator fashion it's gonna come right down to the wire for my goal.

You shoulda seen these doods doing curls today very sad tbh. I felt bad for them, they have no clue what they are doing. Was hoping they'd ask for advice from someone. The shoulder involvement looked painful! I'm not making fun at all (I don't do that typically)
On the other hand there is this thicker gal who is just killing it daily. Very cool to see weekly improvements and she just jams out and lifts pretty heavy. Pretty cool to watch people like that.

No lie 5 min rest periods for sets of like 8. I did bw dips the first set and just hopped on the machine when he wasn't looking for the last 2 haha
