This one is just awesome, funnier yet is when you have dieted so long that plain rice and chicken sounds pretty awesome. I can't tell you how many times I have made this face while eating!
 
Same here.. I was 43 back in November.. damn I think I could be the oldest in this crew (Snags - not sure if he is a smidge younger or older).
 
I believe he (Snags) is older than I am but only by a year.

Vbar pd, skull crushers, cgbp 4 rotations

Seated curls with arms against the preacher pad meadows style 4 sets of 10

Hammer curls 3x12

Machine preacher 3 sets with 6 second negatives

20min on the step mill
 
Your lats are wide enough, but I think you're neglecting the other 4 major muscle groups: head, shoulders, knees & toes.

Let's focus on those for a while & see if we can't bring out some separation, hmm? Your big toes aren't even noticeable in that picture. That's not gonna cut it.

Shoulders are in the works man. Trying to round out my delts real nice. .. As far as head, it's unreasonably large. You'd had to see it in real life to appreciate if. Knees and toes eh, how do I fix those? Lol.

Nice upper body lift, has me feeling the love today. Have a few aches and pains so I didn't go crazy heavy. Just enough to burn energy, get a pump and give the muscles something to respond too. Feeling pretty good my bodyfat is dropping and I am looking leaner and tighter every day.

Good lift. Got burnt out quick but pushes through. Strength was good which surprised me.

Tvar is producing some crazy vascularity.

15 min HIIT sucked tbh. Winded bad considering my sinuses are effed.

All good though getting down to the wire fellas

Oh ya! Stick to the goal and obviously what your doing has been working. I know you won't slack, maybe on Saturday but that's it.

My energy was crap on tvar. Now that I'm on the non converting kind it's pathetic. It kicks my ass. Lethargy is brutal. I did those giant sets last night. I was soaked. 5 minutes after I got to the gym. It's impressive. When I get breathing heavy I feel like I inhaled bong water is the best way I can describe it.

You shoulda seen these doods doing curls today very sad tbh. I felt bad for them, they have no clue what they are doing. Was hoping they'd ask for advice from someone. The shoulder involvement looked painful! I'm not making fun at all (I don't do that typically)

On the other hand there is this thicker gal who is just killing it daily. Very cool to see weekly improvements and she just jams out and lifts pretty heavy. Pretty cool to watch people like that.

2x15 hacks 1x25widow/rp combo.

Swallowed down the puke and almost passed out driving home. Still can't breathe.
 
As long as I can put on a few pounds in three weeks I'm g2g. Sitting about 9ish% right now upping HIIT and cals so I should come in a lot better condition than planned
 
All I know is I need the score to end in 3 for Broncos & 9 for the Hawks at the end of each quarter/final. Every round is $200 win except final for $400. I'm thinking my odds are decent if there's a lot of field goals goin' down.

It gets worse with the quad sets. Moving from dip machine to pronated kick backs to bent over extension to triangle pushups....gotta be on your " Shooing" game for real lol.

Having a partner is nice. We run blocker for each other on the machines and suck for giant sets and quad sets.
 
Ive been carrying a binder with my logs in it along with my backpack I always lug with me. I'll set them up when needed but I hate doing that since I get mad as fuk when others do that to me lol.

If someone jumps it when I'm doing big sets I just tell them sure you can jump in just watch out I'm doing a quad set and don't wanna be tripping over you. May seem like a dick move but hey, gotta do what you gotta do.
 
Ha I noticed I screwed that all up. When I was doing my quad set with kickbacks, curls and bent over exts I had my hoody and one station and my shaker cup at the other. Strategy
