Thanks, I sure hope so! Man what you got going on now hormonally, that weight isn't gonna stay down there for long... You are already close to lean enough, I see 2 weeks on the same course then you will probably be able to add in 300-500 cals and still meet your body fat goals while easily resting at 210 in the end!

Oh and btw my hammys are toast today. Thanks Mr. meadows

Started feeling crappy at work yesterday. Today one guy called in, boss showed up, was shivering so hard I sent him home(yes the contractor sent the kingpin home lmao). Well. Whatever they have sucks. Hit flashes cold flashes. Went to go take the pre lift dump , ended up taking a pre lift throw up. Calling it off tonight.

On another note, I hired snags today. Gonna become more beastly soon.

I'll be around to post stupid things till the 3z and Dopadex kick in.
 
Looking good Kleen; I've never seen your core look so good! And the back is really showing the goods too.

As far as Halotestin at the end of contest prep, 40mg/day is said to be the hotspot for greatly improving fullness/muscle hardening & vascularity - it's not particularly thermogenic, but on an already lean physique it'll provide that solid grainy contest look.

That stuff sounds like something I need none of. Maybe if I were competitive in lifting and was actually looking at being capable of breaking some records but not as a casual user... Yesterdays macros 2,482 cals 186 carbs, 60 fats, 311 protein, 37 fiber - not too bad a little high on the carbs and protein but lower in fat. I will take it as fiber was pretty high and calorie count was right where I wanted it. Today i had a cup of oats after my workout and those will be the last carbs of any significance today. Not going to be a 50 day since it is a hybrid day of activity but carbs will not be very high either. Okay so here is how the workout went last night. I started with the intention of going a bit heavier but my shoulders let me know they were entirely to creaky for that mess and wanted some tender loving care. Don't get me wrong I worked hard but I bumped the rep range up on upper body stuff. I also got my first hint of a back pump last night. Basically it stopped the workout and I finished with my my legs today. Flat Bench Press 135x15, 225x5>185x20+5+5+5 was actually pretty impressed with the 20 at 185, 225 just put pressure on my shoulder I didn't like so I dropped weight and went right back at it. Bent Over BB Rows - 135x15, 225x10, 185x15+5+5+5 these felts great, I had a massive pump in my back but started to get a little bit of a lower back pump with them. Wide Grip Shoulder Press 45x20, 70x15, 95x18+5+5+5 some of these were behind the head they just felt better back there with the wide grip. Massive shoulder pump here! Wide Grip Upright Rows 95x20+5+5+5 did these pushing the shoulder girdle down to take the traps out and use more medial and rear delts. Was looking massive about now... BB Curls 45x30, 65x18 +5 +5 +5 biceps were extremely full at this point, the high reps felt much better on the sore part of my biceps too. Rope Triceps Pushdown 95x20 +5+5+5 - this was extremely hard and the pump was just sick. I dropped and did 6 diamond push ups at the end then 30 seconds later did another 10 diamond push ups. At this time my back was starting to get a pump and it was getting a bit late so decided to do some legs this morning and then do my LISS. This morning Leg Curls 80x15, 100x13+5+5+5 barely these were really putting me through the ringer. Hack Squats - sled only 20 reps, squat bar opened up so I moved to banded squats. Banded Squats (thick Orange band from bottom) 135x15, 225x15, 265x11, 265x10 - Man these definitely felt different! Obviously locking out took more effort as the weight was over 400 lbs at the top of the movement. LISS on bike 30 minutes level 10 So here are some shots from last night as you can see I am holding water but I am definitely leaner my arms and shoulders it is a lot more obvious. Also there is a lot of new or should I say returning size here. I can't wait to see how things look when I drop some of the water. Not going to rest like I think magic is going to happen then but I am sure hoping to see more definition show up once I move to the EPI based designer. <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=95290"/>

I've heard halo tren primo and mast are one hell of a pre show drug regime...

Try the dc protocol for calves bro. I did it and grew decently. I also found unbelievable volume and tibialus raises leave them wrecked. I did 10x10 calf raises the other day, slow neg pause bottom slow up pause contracted. After that I hit donkeys for 5x20.
 
I might go back to that method. Very frustrating to say the least.

I'm very long limbed. It's quite difficult to get that nice massive look in my quads arms and calves. I fully understand the frustration. That's why I try to offer help when I can. Lol
 
Try doing standing calf raises on a block holding 45lb plates with your forehead against a mirror or the wall....I dunno if it's making mine grow bit it makes them sore as fuk.
 
Whatever monte has done with his over the past 6 months has paid dividends bean. Ask him. I just jumprope. That shït burns.

Dude I'm 5'10 & was 210.6 this morn after bathroom, & I DON'T look like that. That's the bf I wish I were at lol. I am making improvements though, tightening up some. This ostarine seems to be letting me hold my weight more or less even as I've been able to lean. But I've got an easy 5% on you at least.

What's your cycle looking like btw?

Okays so I don't know what I did but my groin is pissed off at me. Yesterday I thought this may have been chaffing but I looked yesterday and there is none. I am starting to thing I hurt something down there. Kind of a burning pain in adductors/groin where they meet. It popped the other day in that area and it hurt but I didn't think much of it but the last two days it is feeling like I have a serious pull or something. Decided not to go into the gym this morning and am going to do upper body after my daughters belt test tonight. Legs are going to have to wait a few days until this subsides. I will try to get in for some extensions and leg curls but holding off on squatting / leg pressing a few days. I will test it out on some cardio and if I can't do that I will have to move to intense circuit training for caloric burn for a little bit. Aint gonna be no excuses later about that.

Oh I started working with Coach Matt at Boss Body again and we have a very interesting game plan going on from here on out. However I won't be listing my macros or the plan in here. Just the results. Expect to see some madness over the next month!

I typically run right around this ^^ normally my BP when I gave blood last time was 132/86 and they only had a normal sized cuff. I typically use the larger cuff for a more accurate reading.

Indeed he does, I'd recommend him to anyone really. Just sent a lady friend of mine to him. Poor girl was put on fish veggies and egg whites at 18 weeks out, cardio 5-7 days a week (LISS). He's getting her straightened out.

He's very good at consulting with people not just saying here's what to eat now eat it lol. Been there done that shyt.

Okay legs were not having it today upon rising. I can't remember the last time my legs were this sore.
