That stuff sounds like something I need none of. Maybe if I were competitive in lifting and was actually looking at being capable of breaking some records but not as a casual user... Yesterdays macros 2,482 cals 186 carbs, 60 fats, 311 protein, 37 fiber - not too bad a little high on the carbs and protein but lower in fat. I will take it as fiber was pretty high and calorie count was right where I wanted it. Today i had a cup of oats after my workout and those will be the last carbs of any significance today. Not going to be a 50 day since it is a hybrid day of activity but carbs will not be very high either. Okay so here is how the workout went last night. I started with the intention of going a bit heavier but my shoulders let me know they were entirely to creaky for that mess and wanted some tender loving care. Don't get me wrong I worked hard but I bumped the rep range up on upper body stuff. I also got my first hint of a back pump last night. Basically it stopped the workout and I finished with my my legs today. Flat Bench Press 135x15, 225x5>185x20+5+5+5 was actually pretty impressed with the 20 at 185, 225 just put pressure on my shoulder I didn't like so I dropped weight and went right back at it. Bent Over BB Rows - 135x15, 225x10, 185x15+5+5+5 these felts great, I had a massive pump in my back but started to get a little bit of a lower back pump with them. Wide Grip Shoulder Press 45x20, 70x15, 95x18+5+5+5 some of these were behind the head they just felt better back there with the wide grip. Massive shoulder pump here! Wide Grip Upright Rows 95x20+5+5+5 did these pushing the shoulder girdle down to take the traps out and use more medial and rear delts. Was looking massive about now... BB Curls 45x30, 65x18 +5 +5 +5 biceps were extremely full at this point, the high reps felt much better on the sore part of my biceps too. Rope Triceps Pushdown 95x20 +5+5+5 - this was extremely hard and the pump was just sick. I dropped and did 6 diamond push ups at the end then 30 seconds later did another 10 diamond push ups. At this time my back was starting to get a pump and it was getting a bit late so decided to do some legs this morning and then do my LISS. This morning Leg Curls 80x15, 100x13+5+5+5 barely these were really putting me through the ringer. Hack Squats - sled only 20 reps, squat bar opened up so I moved to banded squats. Banded Squats (thick Orange band from bottom) 135x15, 225x15, 265x11, 265x10 - Man these definitely felt different! Obviously locking out took more effort as the weight was over 400 lbs at the top of the movement. LISS on bike 30 minutes level 10 So here are some shots from last night as you can see I am holding water but I am definitely leaner my arms and shoulders it is a lot more obvious. Also there is a lot of new or should I say returning size here. I can't wait to see how things look when I drop some of the water.
