First cycle of Test E (400 mg/week - 2 pins of 200) and have a question

So for the past 3 weeks, I've been running test E, and have been taking arimidex (.5 mg twice a week). I plan on running for 12 weeks, and then dropping to 250mg a week for a cruise. Would you recommend any other AI / E2 control items, or am I on the right track for a first time go?

You definately don’t need any other Ai’s if you are taking arimidex. Only way to get dose dialed in unless you havealot of experience with your body is blood work. However 1 mg a week split up is a generic dose for a cycle of test. Some people take more some people
Take less. Everyone is different and higher body fat usually equates to higher conversion to estrogen.

But don’t take anymore Ai’s. Arimidex is really strong and could even be overkill.

Thank you for your reply! I appreciate the insight. I don't ever plan on coming off (I have 2 kids... I'm good where I am).. I just don't want man tits. That's basically where I am.
