I always do dumbbell from the side, straight bar with a close grip in front and then straight bar behind...but need to do more sets behind the back. Maybe start there, by the time I get there Im usually too fatigued to do many more than 20I like to do behind the back shruggs to build them.
Yes sir! Or the guys that chicken neck when lifting the weight!!I love me some shrugs.. I usually do mine in the squat rack. I always laugh at the guys that are either trying to shrug more weight that they can handle, or the ones that rotate their shoulders back..

So, that has about 120 grams of protein in one shot. I bet that was damned good and filling...even after not eating for so long.So todays update is a little shady. The last 2 nights at work have been ridiculous!! RI-DI-CU-LOUS!! Anyway, due to being so busy last night(Sunday into Monday) I never had time to eat dinner. I got in the bed at 0630, woke up at 1PM and headed to the gym. I had an amazing workout! Arm day!! I also weighed in, and only down 1lb to 220. HOWEVER..I noticed today while lifting, the veins in my shoulders down to my Bicep are starting to show again, a few striations in the shoulders and showing some definition in my forearms. Anyway... I decided to try something different today. I saw where @delsolrob mentioned to @enhanced that the product can cause insomnia....soooo I got in the shower at 4PM, and applied my daily dose after drying off. I have had a slight headache, but not certain if its a slight elevation in BP, or because Ive virtually been 2 days without food. I finally did eat tonight, around 0130. 1.25lbs of ground beef, that I premixed with bacon and cheddar cheese before cooking, and topped with 2 fried eggs. Ive also continued to notice that I tend to wake up “fresher”, even today waking up 2 hours earlier than normal. Plus...the decision has been made to go for my first attempt at a genuine leg day Thursday..itll be the first one in MONTHS!!! Ill be in bed in 3.5 hours(0630) and at 1 Ill do it all again. CHEST DAY!!! If I feel as if theres a significant difference, Ill postView attachment 191921 a new picture.
I love me some avocado!! BUT....carnivore diet wont allow it. But next time I make them, Ill hit you up, have a couple more made, and well tear dem things up together..Ill add avocado on yours. And maybe something cold and refreshing!!!Only thing that meal was missing was avocado and me having one next to you!!!!
