FINAFLEX PCT AFTER 12 WK RUN

The only reason to take things this far is if you're doing a show and you're short on time. You can get lean without this but var does add the hardness you would need for a show. So does Epi-v for that matter.

I'm not gonna run the t3. It's too early for me to consider starting another cycle. I've only been off cycle 4 weeks...

Going with albuterol and ECA stack to try and cut to <10%. Will run ghrh/ghrp and low dose osta as well. That'll start in 4.5 weeks.

Got my wife running an anavar/t3/albuterol stack in a week for 10 weeks. She'll cycle the t3 & albuterol probably twice while running the var for the ten week time frame. She's gonna get fuggin ripped!

Well I weighed in. Came in at 13% bf and 193? Hmm I guess the scale at my gym is easily 6 pounds off. Looks like I need to get some new batteries for my home scale as well...

Any difference in what you were wearing? Good that you are not going with the T3 unless you have an absolute need to be ripped ASAP no need to mess with it. Besides then you need to PCT your thyroid to get it producing at good levels again. Or should I say it is suggested.

Nope. No diff. Either way one scale or the other is way off. I'm gonna calibrate the gym one tonight then do the same with the one I have at home.

T3. Not for me. I would be willing to give it a whirl but not unless I'm on cycle. Was just wondering if anyone thought osta would be anabolic enough to maintain while using it. Seems to be a universal no...

I thought you guys stopped manufacturing epi-v? havent looked at the chemical makeup for epi-v yet, is it an epistane clone?

no no - the current (and soon-to-be phased out) epiV is right here

Invalid Link Removed

the new epiV-to-be, will be dshea compliant both now and when further restrictions are put in place
that is all i can say about the new formula att, other than it will still remain a wonderful product :)

Interesting! Look forward to seeing what will be in it.

They put Unicorn Horns in it. You can't get any harder than Unicorn Horn BABY!!!!

Well here's yesterday and today's workouts. Time constraint yesterday. Oh and not sure if I told you guys, but I definitely only way 194. I've weighed 193-196 this whole fuggin time! When I thought I was 200 it was only 194! Six lb diff. I am disappointed to say the least, but it still makes me happy that all my major lifts are close to or higher than 400 lbs and that was my major goal for the cycle I ran.

Funny thing is I "feel" leaner and lighter at this point towards the end of pct. Loss of water weight, solidification of gains?
boldened is it
whether or not you solidified your gains, is relative and not known
this portion of thinking could be placebo..or, indeed it could mean very successful pct

I'm not gonna lie, I took a big risk playing with higher rep schemes for all my workouts in pct as well as adding cardio a few times a week. Was somewhat concerned how the high reps would play out but I'm pretty satisfied

cool
many different formats can be utilized, in many different fashions and "timings" (on-cycle/pct/etc)
there is no right or wrong, simply "perhaps" more beneficial and "perhaps" not as beneficial
intensity is the big thing to tone down (as mentioned earlier), as well as intense volume -- not necessarily just simply avoiding higher reps

it's all in the overall approach - and then on top of that, we all have our own unique strengths and abilities, which may lead some to be able to do some things that others cannot do, in pct setting (or any other setting ftm)

simply general guidelines we advise to adhere to, my brother

Couldnt have said it any better myself!

Today is my last day on pct. it's been fun and I'd like to thank the Fina Flex reps for their assistance, motivation, advice and great attitudes. You guys have an amazing product line and I can't wait to use it again come may-June time frame. I'll be posting up my last workout today and then try to figure out where all my reviews went because my profile says I never posted any when I know I did. Arghh... I'll try and post them up on NP this weekend as well

Thanks to DW, Kleen, and Snags

Nice workout, but what are the Wide EZ Bar Spiders?

Nice workout, but what are the Wide EZ Bar Spiders?

Are those where your chest is on an incline bench with your arms over the top?

It's just a wide grip curl using the EZbar on the posterior side of a preacher curl station (the 180 degree vertical padding rather than the 45 degree portion where you would do a preacher curl). Savvy? I know you guys know this, my term for the exercise is probably just misleading...

Are those where your chest is on an incline bench with your arms over the top?

It's the same as where your chest is on an incline bench with your arms hanging towards the floor as the starting position. Using the posterior side of the preacher station locks your upper limbs in place more or less allowing for more focus on the target muscle and less shoulder activation.

Got ya, Also known as Scott Curls. From when Larry Scott used to do them a lot.

Forgot about Scott curls may have to revisit them. Everything seems to be working for arms though.
