female to gain mass

Im 5'6 110 pounds and I want to gain like 15 to 20 pounds, i only work out 3x a week, what would be the safer n faster option for me anavar or t-bol, and whats the dosage for beginners???
 
As a female, 15-20 lbs of LBM will take a very long time to materialize. Please take neither of those "products" as a beginner. Instead look into a fullbody routine 3x a week, and construct your diet as follows:

300-500 calories over maintenance
1g protein/lb BW
0.45g fat/lb BW
The rest of the calories should be filled with carbs

Putting on LBM as a lady is going to be a very slow process. I would be taking:

creatine
Whey
BCAA
Beta alanine
Fish oil
and than a NP like Need2slin, slin sane, LG Slin, etc.
 
I would check with Rosie. She can set you up with a diet and routine to meet your goals.

Agreeing with everything in here so far. Slow and steady if you don't want to spill over into fat. A nutrient repartitioner, as mentioned, is a very good idea to add in along with creatine. Something like Anabeta might not be bad to add in, too, but I wouldn't deal with that until your diet is locked down.

Protein. Seriously...I have seen women simply add an extra 50-75g of protein to their diet and react like crazy.

I wish 50g of protein affected me the same.
