my girl asking me if its ok for a female to take ASGT,does it have a natural AI? Is it ok? thanks!

Yes, ASGT has an AI in it and yes, it's fine for females to use ASGT. I use it all the time - in fact, check out my training/supplementation journal.

No worries :) You can also find my log and review of my first time with the original AS on these forums as well...I've actually started using ASGT again today and will be logging that...Thanks, bud :)
 
asgt works well for women, I have 2 clients who hve been on it for 3 weeks with no ill effects
 
ASGT would be fine for woman. I would just keep it in the 1-2 scoop range. Warning her sex drive may go up. :)
