Agmatine - 5/day .. 2morning .. 3pre workout
Creatine mono - 5g mixed in focusXT
FocusXT - yum yummmmmm
PhenibutXT - 2pre bed (m w f)

First day back was amazing thought I'd be off but Agmatine & focus def helped.

CEL Suppress-c ~ 4 squirts ev. other night
PP Sustain alpha top. ~ 5 pumps ev. morning, 1 day off
SNS Yohimbine ~ 3 caps training days, 1-2 caps off days.
various pre-wo samples on training days.

about to add AMS 4-ad utt and high dosed SNS Agmatine in the next 10-14 days.
