I tried the "do something for me or I'm gonna have to switch carriers" and they pretty much said sorry lol...which I don't want to switch because we got grandfathered in to the unlimited data for 20$. Plus the wife's work pays like 45$ a month towards our bill because they get a discount....so I'm kinda hosed lol

LTL has me set up pretty well, just want to get as much info as I can. When do you start logging your winnings?
 
Cardio is what fat guys do after reviewing the inner circle logs. 5/3/1 and DC I need to read up on. I've been doing the same split for a while now.

Get with Doja on the 5/3/1. He can set you up with that.

Alright so I'm 95% sure I got it and this is the one I want but I always have a weird thing about people not making eye contact.

We talked for an hour and he made eye contact a total of three times I think. Weirds me out...

It's base sets are geared for strength but the hypertrophy 5x10 sets that follow can be used for size and cutting if the rest between sets is cut.

I ran Epi once,I loved it,I also ran it as a cut and had amazing results.I did cardio throughout my cycle,but my joints got so dry i had enough trouble lifting as i did.I pretty much went all out,i did do in the 8-12 rep range as i do the majority of the time.I will never run another ph for a cut again but I must say it did the job and I enjoyed it!

I was on like a year (plus) bulk haha....

I was at close to 200lbs earlier this year and probably around 20% so I made some improvements....
Fell off now back at it the past couple months.

That's what I got up to on my cycle.bulking is just a way of life for me,I'm gonna try to throw up a pic my log tomorrow from like 6 months ago when I was bulking hard core,I hit like 195,looked fat as fuk!

I'm trying to get over 200 and get below 14%. I'm at about 14.5 @ 196 now.
