Just took my first three orange triad, haven't taken a multi for a couple months. 6 pills a day seems like a lot, but OT is supposed to pretty much be the best as far as an all inclusive multi goes right?

Yeah-thought 6 seemed like a lot myself, so I usually take only 3-4 per day
 
I miss Dewey. Every time I go in my kitchen I see my mini bottles of Drive and RPM and think of him. Hope he is ok.
 
So I think this could be the first type of competition in this thread, but as of now Yolked and I are racing to a 405lb squat.

Doja you better get to work on that back then. I viewed the 315 and your back was rolling over. You will compress some vertebrae quickly under 405 if this is still happening. Hate being negative but I feel the need to look out for you bubba.

Just opened up my brand new tub of CL MM and it had the consistency of cheap play doh. Was damp inside and all the powder is hella stuck together and nasty. That sh!t pisses me right off, I tell you what. Brand spanking new tub.

Yeah it arrived like that from Nutra Planet. I will have to call them once I get back from the gym. I shook the whole thing up really hard and so now it isn't as clumpy, but the sh1t was still wet when I opened it, which is gross IMO.

Yeah I'm in the process of a routine change again and I may hit shoulders today or do a upper/lower split...
Not sure yet....
Been toying with a upper & lower idea for a while.

Squat/lat pulldowns

Lunges/rows

Leg extensions/tricep kickbacks

Hamstring curls/ bicep curls

Leg press/ shoulder presses

Did something similar to the above a couple years ago 3x a week with 2 days cardio and stripped crazy body fat.

Question: Deadlifts - how can I work them into my current routine?

Add another day? (i.e. ABC rest ABC rest, or A rest B rest C rest) Or substitute out some exercises?

Lying Leg Curl – bench attachment
Standing Calf Raise – barbell on shoulders

What exactly is a back squat? Maybe swap that out for DL's?
 
Normal squat - bar on your back, as compared to front or hack squats
