Strong lifts bro!!! One thing I wanted to point out, and maybe its the angle of the video... when you hit the PRESS part of the lift (is that concentric? I get con/eccentric mixed up all the time) it looks like you are lifting the bar straight into the air. When I was powerlifting my coach always told us that the bar should be coming up and slightly behind you. So instead of pressing straight up, you'd be pressing with the goal of getting the bar to approach the rack on its way up... does that make sense?

And then again you may have been doing that I just can't see it.

Regardless, STRONG ****ing lifts though, bro. I hate it when spotters bork things up.

Right on man. It may make it easier on you or you may end up hating it. So instead of your body & arms looking like this (sideview): _|o (90degrees, body, arms, head... ****ing AWESOME DRAWING) youd be more like this: _/o as you finish the lift (about 100-105 degrees).

Diagrams?

Right on brother. So as you are pushing up, gradually start heading slightly back... don't just push straight out and then when you are about to lock out you magically move the bar 2 inches towards the rack lol. MOVE THROUGH the exercise ;)

Well part of me is like "this is great! when I wake up I can do whatever I want! Video games! Go to gym! Walk around naked (hmm... do that anyway)!" but then again I'll miss having her there to lay next to and just hang out with when we both get up. Oh well! Video games!!!!!

USP came through as well t-shirt & all... Save the test powder for a PCT or run both back to back? I'm thinking back to back since d-pol & recycle would be in my arsenal if needed for PCT.

The grey is bad azz... Looks like a "going out" shirt... Faded grey dark & light wash looks cool as hell. The red will rock nice with the khaki shorts. ;)

They fit well, snug in arms/chest/shoulders.

Have not checked honestly... I hear if they are not they will be. Since I have not tasted melon berry cooler ConDense yet, I'll put it up against Apple... & I think I might like this "berry" flavor more... I'll report back.
 
Melon Berry is a mild flavor bubba. It is great but I would guess that the apple has more kick to it.
