A pound and a half from my low, I really feel like I should have been back there already....but I will just keep plugging.

HIT4ME youre still doing good brother, but everyone hits a snag now and then. (Stay with me). I drive a Nissan Titan. Its got a small lift, 3.5" exhaust with Y pipe, cold air intake, an UpRev tune pushing me to around 415 HP and 33x12.50x18 mud tires. My point? I can get through just about anything in this truck. ANYTHING. But every now then, I hit that one place, be it mud or snow, that turns me a little sideways, and its up to me grab the wheel, get it back in line and keep pushing. It may have got set a little off course or slowed just a bit, but in the end, it never stopped, and ended up wherever my destination is. Ok, maybe I got a little carries away. Sorry

Keep plugging away man. I know you thought you'd be 10% at that weight but that's much leaner and lighter than most people realize. Just keep getting that waist down. We're here for ya.

To further this analogy, and I know people down south don't understand this - but when it snows, sometimes you will spin your tires on the ice, and flooring it and giving it all you got will just send you off the road, you have to back off a little, get control and ease out of it.

Yes, it took me a LONG time to come to terms with some things. I had these images of actors, athletes, etc. who were lean and 200+ pounds and didn't give enough credit to being "enhanced". It wasn't until I saw, online, that John Grimmek was my height (5'8'') and weighed 180 pounds at 10% bodyfat - and he was one of the best in the world at that time. I'm certainly no John Grimmek. Then I started looking for images of 160 pounders at 10% bodyfat and realized....if I can hit that, it will be a better physique than most people walking around at my height. I'm not such a big guy. I have what I have to work with and I think I've done much better with it once I stopped trying to be a 200 pounder in my head. I still didn't realize how hard the last section of the journey would be. But I am loving it. If I come off like I'm complaining, it's not really. This is making me better and I am learning and making progress. Even if I want it faster, I can still see that I'm moving the needle. And when I do have a hard day, I've got you and everyone on here with all this amazing support.

Bench Presses, I've been stuck at 185 and got 9 last workout but couldn't seem to get past 9, so I went to 190 and got 8 reps...almost had 9.
Military Presses dropped more than I expected...added 5 pounds and lost 4 reps.
Barbell Curls....still stick at 8 x 85.
