Though the ingredient profile looked good on the Labrada, it under delivered on the stim side of things. I did seem to get a pump but didn't have the energy to keep it going. Ill try stacking it with 200mg of caffeine tomorrow and we'll see how it goes. I also wanna mention that i double scooped that $***.

Im feeling pretty burnt tonight, even with the cardio which usually gets me revved up for my workout i just didn't have it. I was using c4 at a double scoop with one 200mg caffeine pill before trying the Labrada , so it's not surprising that the Labrada didn't live up to the stim expectations. Ill try adding 200 mg caffeine tomorrow to the double scoop and see how it goes.

Lacking energy tonight. Feel like I'm approaching over reach territory. Probably just need to up the s tims next workout. I have a friend who's always telling me im "over training". I say buckshot. What's over training anyways? Everyone likes to claim it, yet they always look the same. If you don't push the limits your body doesn't need to grow. People like to call over reaching over training, its am excuse to not man up.
 
Definitely agree with that - gotta train the way you want - the only over training there really is is just injury - as long as you prevent that - then you're good. More food + more rest + more recovery work if all else fails =P

Noted saggy. I go by feel though, when i know i need a day i take one.

Weight holding steady at 186, no change. Im going to start tanning this weekend. I leave one month today. The final grind approaches.

Ill be applying three pumps a day from now on. Two in the morning. One at night.

Incinderine

2 around 1-2 pm
Im doing it this way because i take a pre workout around 5:30

This will be a full four week run of the two.

Laxaxrine
1ml for two more weeks then
2ml for final two weeks.

Let the gains begin.
 
Initial impression

Exotherm looks pretty bad a$$ dried up quick and didn't leave any residue on my skin. Im so pumpd, no noticeable odour. Its in a really cool metal bottle, homie didn't cheap out and go plastic. Very impressive packaging. Looks good to go

I hope the fire on the incinderine targets the rest of my fat. Im super pumped, did i say that already?

Man i felt good today, once i got going. Was tired during the day but hoping to get a good sleep and use Arnold's iron dream tonight. Going to have a full month of the fat blow torch stack. Im looking leaner today despite my weight holding steady. Id say the recomp is going along beautifully so far. I have a feeling the exotherm and incinderine are going to push me over the edge and put a pretty bow on the package come December. I start tanning tomorrow

Hey does the lax stink at all or stain

Stain, no, just let it dry first. Has a touch of an odour but you can barely notice it and it's only if you are really paying attention. It's a touch oily but doesn't bother me at all. Avoid your nipples though. I got some on mine yesterday, dripped down from shoulder and it kinda irritated it. It's fine now. Just something i noticed last night

My weight has been holding steady at this calorie amount for about 3 weeks. With that said, if we start to see my weight decrease now, we will know it's from the blow torch. I will let the blow torch do it's thing and will not adjust my calories unless i go lower then 178. I will not Decrease my calories unless i weigh more than188.

Incinderine first impressions

I just got home from a long day of work,gym and running around. I took two incinderine to start my day .

Normally by Saturday morning at work, im feeling pretty dead. Saturday is my last day of my work week and after working 5 long work days prior to Saturday +pushing it hard in the gym, im drained.

I got to work and today was no exception. I was feeling run down, tired and ready for Sunday. I took two incinderine and things began to turn around. I felt good and full of energy. Not that jittery, nervous type of energy. This was a calm, relaxed energy. That was at 7:30 am and it lasted until i left work at 1. I took a third cap around 3:30 today and just got home now. I fasted all day long and wasn't hungry at all. This is unusual as by 2pm, im usually ready to eat and by the time i usually break fast (3:30) im really ready to eat. I could have gone a few more hours easy. I wasn't even thinking about eating and had a ton of energy today.

She's really cute actually, she went out and bought inflatable floatation devices for the pool and was looking at floating drink holders. She can't wait to get away for a week. She's also been working hard in the gym, pushing it and making all kindz of fat loss gainz. She's very good at staying on point, we motivate each other in that way. IBet you guys would rather see her before and afters over mine ;). She's a smoker. (As in a babe not a nicotine user)

Nooooooo! That sucks dude, heard some people apply it to the top of their feet but man i couldn't do that. Damn dude, im really sorry to hear that, i was hoping you could get the shoulder relief i have gotten. That sucks, feel for you bro.

Workout log

Today i did a pull work out. I think i may stick to the push/pull/leg format. If im going to be in the gym six days a week anyways,it gives each muscle group enough time to recover.

Usually on Sunday workouts im feeling lazy and don't really have much drive because ive been lazing around in bed. Today was different, i had a ton of energy and im guessing it had alot to do with starting my day with incinderine.

I want to add that this training session was done fasted with just bcaa's. The appetite suppressing effects of the incinderine are impressive, im not hungry at all. I could easily go a few more hours without eating. With that said though, im going to do a carb refeed tonight and enjoy myself thoroughly
 
Lean as a bean bro ima get the oral lax

I ran strength oral laxogenin by olympus labs. You can get it on flexitnutrition pretty cheap. I think if you get two bottles which i did when i bought it it was 36.19 a bottle. Shipping is free if you're in the states. Im in Canada and he only charged me 4.99 to ship it. Shipping was fast too, only took a week. Didn't help my shoulder like the laxacrine though. I kept all my muscle in a deficit, i ran it along side epic unleashed. I logged it, you can check it out. Log was titled dicing up with epic unleashed and strength laxogenin or something like that.
 
Tonight is a rest night. The first one in exactly a week. With that being said carbs tonight will be kept extremely low and calories will be reduced to 2770 to account for the lack of exercise.
 
rest is a good thing man, i usually carb up on my rest days just because I know whats happening the day after i rest :D

I did a push upper split today. Im looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow morning. I feel like im looking leaner but it could all be in my head. I kind of want to accelerate the process but i don't want to lose the last bit of size that im holding onto. Im thinking it may be best to continue with the recomp. When i get home from vacation i will probably being a lean bulk where i have my calories around 300 to 400 over maintenance a day. Im still deciding on the products that i will use for the log. Im really hoping that blr has the new epi out by then which would be right around new years. If they have that out and there new pre workout, i will probably pick both up and do an 8 week log. Im a big fan of epi products and hold follidrone in high regard.

Morning weigh in results.

Everything with my workout and cardio regimen has stayed pretty well exactly the same. My only difference being that ive gone from an upper/lower to an push/pull/leg split. I added in the exoburn stack last Friday. It hasn't had enough time to take noticeable effect. My weight is exactly the same, 185. That has been the goal though as this is a recomp. I'm thinking now, that Friday is 3 weeks out, that i will make an adjustment to my calories. I will see on Friday, however being that my weight is still holding steady, i may drop my calories slightly to bring in more cuts. Im thinking that i would like to lose half a pound to a pound a week until the end of this log. I would like to finish this log weighing 182-183. I will decide on how much to reduce calories on Sundays weigh in but am thinking it will be in the 300-500 daily calorie range.

Change of plans. I saw my buddy at the gym tonight. I haven't seen him in awhile. I bumped into him in the change room after i finished my cardio session and was in the process of changing my sweat drenched shirt. I whipped my shirt off and heard a voice say, "what the hell happened to you man? Damn, whatever you're doing, don't change a thing."

Sometimes you need someone to be the voice of reason for you. I was too focused on a meaningless number on the scale, ready to sacrifice gains in order to see a minimal reduction in body fat. I have been reassured of the path i am on and will continue to venture onward, calories unchanged,methodology untouched and process set in stone.

After my workout today i took a second to breath it all in. The exotherm has really dried out, i could hear my joints cracking throughout the workout, i can see veins snaking across my stomach, my abs are very visible. Though the number on the scale remains the same, the fat is falling off at my feet and the muscles are growing.
