Farmtire melts the spare tire with with a little combustion

Dips get me that way too. I think because you have the ability to alter the angle more then you think which will recruit different muscles etc.

Very true never thought about that. I know I didn't realize how much shoulders are involved until I started dips after shoulder work lol

Monday is always "international bench day"; definitely easier to bench on another day so you're not competing for benches with all the bros.

Ya I will never put chest on Monday haha.

Ok I'll rack up the workouts. Too bad couldn't make the a prior appointment ran late.
Weight 181 lb. this AM
Upped the dosage to 2 AM and 2 about 6 hours later. Got more of an energy from dosing will continue this way. Also upped my water intake today. That seemed to help with the headache I experienced yesterday. Will have to pick up some apple cider vinegar. (luckily the anti acids I use are calcium based)

Here's the workouts.

Bench Flat
5x115
5x135
10x150
Bench db flat
1x15x20
1x15x25
1x15x30
1x15x35
1x12x40
Db rows
1x10x25
1x10x30
1x10x35
1x10x40
1x10x45
Ab wheel
2x5
I'm glad I paid attention to the book when it said go very light on the assistance work. I failed on the last set of flat db. Overall this felt really good. I wasn't sure about just going ing and doing 3 exercises but I can say I left the gym feeling satisfied that I had put in a good workout.

I dont ever remember the book saying go light on assistence work.

I might have misread ( ill double check) but on the triumvirate I think is where because of the volume

Almost to the of week 3 of first 4 weeks of 531 I'll tell you I'm ready for the Deload. But I fell really good
The workout
Bench
1x5x135
1x3x155
1x5x175 PR
Db rows
1x15x25
1x15x30
1x15x35
1x15x40
1x12x45
Bench db flat
1x15x20
1x15x25
1x15x30
1x15x35
1x15x40
Using the rep/max calculation my 1rm should be about 205 which is about a 5 lb. increase since I started 531.
Morning weight down to 180. This is without a change in my diet. So combustion seems to be doing it thing. Still getting a nice energy and an internal heat boost.

I own both the 5/3/1 book and 5/3/1 for powerlifting. I read over the assistence layouts and I didnt see it in there. Id suggest if you got the money to get the powerlifting book. Goes into more detail on balancing your assistence work. Your shoulders may be hurting bc you have 5 pushing movements for upper body and 1 pulling movement.

I was torn when buying the book and went with the standard one. I'm think of going and getting the powerlifting version. My shoulders aren't hurting so much as just worn out. ;-) but the have the a more solid look to them along with the rest of my upper body.

Haven't done 531 but did 531 PL and made great strides. I felt very good and healthy for the most part. I would highly recommend but then again I haven't ran any other programs. If it wasn't for sciatica and disc issues, would still be on this program to his day.

Damnit, why not!? This way its more discreet as it seems legit, but now thats ruined! Thanks guy!! LOL

Workouts are looking good bud, keep it going!

Damn sry guys I'll look the other way next time.
Thanks still a work in progress as always lol

Id still suggest having more balance in your pushing to pulling work. Jim does state to train like a bodybuilder that you should strive for balance has this will improve proformance and reduce injuries. In the powerlifting book he states to do 2 pulling reps for every pushing rep.

That's a great point - and strengthening the upper back/traps/delts carries over a ton into pushing strength and stability as well.

Pretty decent workout. I have incorporated more pulling movement. Thanks to biglou for all the advice he has given me. On the combustion front still getting a nice energy and inner fire. If I'm not mistaken I'm noticing a leaning effect. My ribs seems to be showing a little more that with the weight going down tells me that combustion is doing its thing.

I'd like to think I am. We'll see what the next round brings.

That is some nice volume and numbers right there bro!! Kill it man! That spare tire will be a flat tire in no time!!!

Ok mid term pic ;-)

I just cannot do a true deload. Lol. I had to up the weight on last set of presses to 300 but it felt good to move that weight. Once again legs and combustion had me sweating mad man. I'm pretty sure I could have wrung my shirt out.

I can't remember the last time I deloaded. I just switch my routine and that is normally enough of a change for my body to recover some.

I'm down to my last 4 workouts on Anabeta/Prime and thought - guess next week I should deload.. f**k it!

Well here's to the end of my run. Some final thoughts combustion IMO is a solid product. I got a nice energy and temperature boost. Other than the heart burn no really noticeable sides. A little apple cider vinegar helped with that though. Measurements taken tonight show I have dropped approximately 1.5 % in body fat down to 23.5% ;-). Waist is down about 1.5 inches. This with NO change in diet.

Nice work man.. Proof right there in the measurements...

What ingredient do you figure caused heart burn?

The black pepper extract I have had both other ingredients with no issues.

What's up next for you? supp wise that is..

Not sure yet. Have my anabeta/prime run to finish I will prolly take about month off just to let things settle. I'm anxious to try ab elite tho ;-) which ill prolly stack with endosurge and DAA

I'm on my last two days of Anabeta/Prime has been really good....like you really looking forward to trying Elite.. Also want to try Licogenix and compare it to Erase.

I was offered to run with Intimidate/Reversitol v2 but they can't ship to Canada which sucks..need a us address lol

Man that sucks. Yeah intimidate has been on my radar along with compound 20.

O btw here the link to anabeta/prime redux

A very nice run. That is some good results with no diet change. Keep it up.

Feels good losing 1.5 inches off the waist w/no change in diet.

Appreciate the detailed review. I have a bottle staring at me right now though I am going to save it for the summer so I can get into the single digits hopefully, not that far away now. It is a great product, sad to see that it is going to be re-formulated.
