Basically as the title suggests I’ve decided to log the new Radiate Caps as part of a cut/recomp. No other cutting products will be used. In fact I’ll list the exactly what l will be using:
Radiate caps
Ergonine
Intrablast EAAs
Multi vitamin
D3 bc I’m deficient
B12 Doctors orders
Proteins will vary but on hand I have performix chocolate thought I’d try seeing it was on sale for 25 for 4 lbs and birthday cake iso 100. Again 29 for 5 lbs. those will probably last the run, or at least I hope they do.
Going to be eating at 100-250 under maintenance without doing much cardio at all. Probably 30-60 total minutes a week.
Workout plan is yet to be finalized but I’m thinking doing
Chest/front delts/side delts triceps M and Thursday
Back/traps/rear delts biceps abs Tuesday and Friday
Legs and calves Wednesday and Saturday
Sunday rest.
I may take the rest day after the first micro cycle which will obviously then vary days of week each split is performed
Exercises/movements will also vary from first and second workout for the splits.
In any case rep ranges are yet tbd but I’ll periodize them in some fashion
Caps are on their way. Got 2 bottles at the intro price. I’ll do some sort of comparison to the powders as well in here. Planning on starting 4-2-18
